I don’t think they are there any longer. I drove all over the shopping center and did not see any sign whatsoever. I believe it has been turned into a CVS. Would have been nice to know that before I drove all the way over there.

Super helpful and went above and beyond ordering what I needed for my salon and answering my questions. It’s forever out of my way but I will be back to shop there.

The worst customer service ever. Took a blow dryer back with the receipt that was bought in July. I think a blow dryer should last longer than four months and the manager would not let me exchange it. Won’t be going back there. Not even one star.

I’m giving this particular Sally’s location 5 stars for a reason. The employees are super nice yada yada yada, haha but they actually know what the hell they are talking about when it comes to hair, makeup, styling tools, ect. I went to a salon recently to get my roots done and they totally screwed up my hair :(so I decided to start doing my roots myself. The lady at Sally’s showed me ALL the products I would need down to a T, and she also told me in detail how to use them. She told me what makeup to start buying for my skin tone and she showed me some styling appliances that wouldn’t be too damaging on my hair. I’ve been to a couple different Sally’s around the valley and this one is by far the best.

I had an appt. out here in Mesa, really far from my normal shopping. But, I like to try new places all the time.
I was greeted by the lady working the counter when I walked in. She did ask if she could help me find anything. That was good, then she left me alone to shop. Even better. I hate being pestered every few min.
I did find a few cool items that I needed as well as a few I just wanted.
I even had a $ 5.00 off coupon, which made it even better.
That is one of the really cool things about Sally’s. You can go to any location and use your card and get points every time you shop.
I love getting points or bonuses for shopping at the same retailer.
Store was clean, well laid out, and they were willing to help, when you needed it. Fabulous!
