Seamless Services, Inc

My insurance company has a preferred contractor network for repairs and home improvement. I submitted a request for a roofing estimate due to damage cause by recent storms, and was contacted almost immediately by Scott with Seamless services to schedule a time for the estimate to be completed.
The estimate was completed the following morning which was exactly one week ago. My insurance company has not received the estimate that was done and they have tried contacting them, I have left 4 message with Scott over the past week without a single response back. I contacted Seamless Services office to let them know of the situation and was told it would be looked into and I would be contacted once handled and still no response.
I am a paying customer in need of a service in which you provide, and you can’t even contact me back when you were so quick to jump at a paying job. How can a company based around customer service survive with such poor service.
I am in contact with my insurance company to remove the preferred contractor label on seamless services and would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your roofing and restoration needs

Excellent roofing company. Prices are reasonable and the people are honest. They work to satisfy the customer. Why didn’t I rate them a 5? Well, no company is perfect but at least it’s something to shoot for.
Oh, they also handle restoration. It’s comforting to know if I ever need this service I know who to call.
