Service King Collision Repair of Mesa

DON’T BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! It deserves no stars.
We brought our Lexus here on the recommendation of our insurance company. Our car was here for body work and a new windshield. After picking it up, we had to bring it back the following week so they could fix the horrible job they did. I don’t know how they managed this, but they scratched the paint putting in the windshield. They also managed to get the inside pillars dirty with grease when putting the windshield in. The paint job all over the car had swirls and you could tell they did a poor job because the paint job looked like orange peel. Our car also had beige paint from another car splattered on her. There a a dent on the hood which they worked on, then tried to pass on as complete, when in fact it was not, hoping we would not notice. There were many other things wrong with the car, but just too many to mention. Our pretty Lexus was in worse shape than before she went into Service King. I don’t think they get many «nice» cars as the four times we were there to drop off and pick up I noticed the cars for repair were older and not of the same class as our Lexus with 22k miles.
After attempting to fix it the second time and we were still not satisfied, our insurance pulled the car and had us bring it elsewhere. The second body shop spent 3 weeks fixing what Service King screwed up.
Service King contracts with just about all insurance companies. We asked ours not to pay them. From what understand, Service King ended up paying the second body for their mistakes and made no money on our Lexus.
You have a choice as to where you can bring your car for body work. Do not make the mistake of bringing it to Service King. Manager of this location is Abel. He is never around when you need him, how convenient for him!

Awesome service! Very fast and kept me updated on how my car was through the whole process. Shares a building with enterprise which makes life easier when dropping off a car as well. Overall great experience!

This is a feel good place! After a fender bender I was immediately put at ease and felt welcomed by Dawn. Then Kelly made the estimate and encouraged me they would take very good care of me and my car! From the minute I dropped it off I was kept informed of the progress. A phone call from Kelly Smith assuring me that the repairs would be completed by the end of the week. As the week went along I was given daily updates the car was ready to pick up when they said! The car looks amazing and they did a fantastic job! Highly recommend this Service King location!
