The guys who work at this shop are friendly and a pleasure to work with when dealing with the stress of fixing your computer.
I bought a new laptop and it turned out it had loads of problems with just about everything. I went to the shop and for a nominal fee they helped me deal with the laptop company and the warranty.
A few times a company rep showed up and claimed he fixed the problem. The guys checked the computer told me there were still problems and dealt with the laptops company till they were satisfied it was fixed.
Not only did these guys help me in a stressful situation, they ensured that the problem was actually fixed. If you need an independent computer repair store to help you, this is the place.

I purchased my laptop from Softque for a great price and have had work done on my desktop computer. They were able to get my computer running fast again, great tips to keep it running fast and great recommendations for virus protection. They are always friendly and helpful! A few days ago my computer went to shit. I like to think I’m somewhat tech savvy but this was beyond me, so I hit up Unilocal and chose Softque for it’s high ratings and more so because it’s not too far from where I live. After calling the place up and talking to a guy, I believe his name was Chris, they just had me bring it in. He asked me a few questions and we both came to the conclusion that it was probably the power supply. I brought it in and left it with them for a day, got a call confirming it was the power supply and he tactfully let me know they referred to my computer as Chewbacca. Dog hair and dust don’t make for good insulation in a computer, who knew.
Anyways, paid for the part, paid for the analysis/​labor. A little more than I wanted to spend on my computer but it was completely reasonable. Nice, straightforward guys, they got to the point and I got my computer back working good as new. I would definitely recommend them.

Softque has done some work on my computers in the past– adding or deleting software, cleaning up, putting on security features, etc. But a few weeks ago they saved me! I was working at my office when a HUGE Trojan Virus security alert stopped my computer. I immediately called Peter at Softque. He was at my office within a couple of hours, and worked his miracles. I was up and running again in a few hours– with my computer intact– sans the virus. They are now going to be adding additional security and backup to all of my office computers. It’s nice to find reliable, trustworthy people working on my business computers.

Softque has helped me out of a jam more times than I can count. They have great technical knowledge to remove the viruses I get, but they have saved a crashed computer, helped me find lost documents, and fixed multiple issues that i created.
I have also bought some refurbished equipment from them and have been very satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have had to take my laptop several times into softque for simple problems. Each time the staff has been so helpful, knowledgeable and fair. I also appreciate their service, because I am in no way tech savvy and I have been to computer repair places that are filled with computer geeks that have no social skills and can’t explain to the layman what is wrong with their computer. Softque team is the perfect combo between knowledge and service!

Hands down the best place to go for a new or used PC, or even better, to get your computer fixed. They have been around since computers ran on coal, and are absolutely trustworthy.
