I took my SUV here after the transmission was acting up. Thinking the worst, Stage 1 got me in the same day. He diagnosed the problem quickly and thank goodness it was only the shift solenoid. The guys were honest and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need right now. They gave me advice on what to look out for in the future.
The shop is a single bay shop, but they are moving into a bigger place next door. Don’t be scared by the appearance, they are a small shop now, but growing fast. There are 3 mechanics and all seem to know what they are doing. The price was really fair, actually a deal considering I thought I would need a new transmission.
The owner is a GMC certified technician and he really knows his stuff from small repairs to rebuilding engines and transmissions. If and when my transmission goes out, I will go back to these guys. If you are looking for good work at a fair price, I would definitely recommend this shop.
