Youth Speed and Agility Training designed to help reduce the risk of injury as well as increase performance.
ACL injuries up 400% in the last 10 years. According to the America College of Sports Medicine, «50% of youth sports injuries can be prevented by a proper strength and conditioning program.»
Strength of America is that program.
Each athlete is tested on Speed, Agility, Power and Flexibility to see where their potential injury sites are. Then we work to create a balance of strength and flexibility to reduce the risk of injury then work to increase performance and confidence. Every 6 weeks the athlete gets a print out with pre and post test data, so they can see exactly how they did.
100% money back guarantee if your athlete does not improve. The only way your athlete loses is by not participating.
Bob Davis
Strength of America Founder since 1989
History
Established in 1989.
Founder Bob Davis had four knee and three shoulder surgeries by the age of 20. He wanted to create a business that could help find potential injury sites in young athletes and help them build a balance of strength and flexibility so they can play longer. That is the foundation of Strength of America, helping prevent injuries as we increase performance. As a Strength and Conditioning coach at the University of Nebraska from 1985 – 1989, Bob worked to see how athletes could do both, increase Speed and Agility while keeping them playing longer. It is tough to find a former athlete in their 40’s that doesn’t have some form of knee, back or shoulder pain from athletics. Strength of America is different from any other Sports Conditioning program in the country. We guarantee our program. If your athlete doesn’t improve we will give you’re money back! It is very gratifying to see second generation athletes come through our program.
