Outstanding business. Friendly knowledgeable staff! I would not take my vehicle any where else. They check it top to bottom and fix whatever is wrong at a fair and reasonable price.

I had my truck repaired at another shop. The problem still wasn’t fixed so I took it to Sunland. The guys found exactly what was wrong repaired it got me on the road real quick. They are honest and back up there work. Reasonable prices.

Bob and his crew are always fair and reasonable. My family and I have been bringing him our cars ever since we found this place years ago.
We always get a call with estimates and options prior to any work being done. The job is always done right, at a fair price, and in a fair amount of time. They never try to hustle me with add ons or «you really should have this done…» kind of pressure. They offer their advice and you can take it or leave it.

How many times do you feel comfortable with a mechanic? For me never, until I went to Sunland and have worked with multiple employees. They are honest, non-​pushy and reasonably priced. I love this place and will continue to bring my vehicles in for all the necessary maintanence.

These guys are very hospitable, great for small repairs and minor adjustments. Beware of the bankers hours if you work for a living though, lots of hoops to jump through to get your vehicle. My job was more than they could handle, had some leaks with my engine & tranny. $ 1600 later, still leaking. I went there because they were close and had good reviews, please be honest when you review. Again they tried hard to resolve my leaks, but I can’t be without my vehicle any longer. what a great place they knew it was my only vehicle and offered a ride back home after dropping it off and picked me up when it was done
they didnt fish me out and try to add un necessary charges for other things i am sure it needs @197 000 miles… nope they pin pointed the issue and fixed it with A lot smaller charge than i anticipated great group of guys and i will be returning with all my auto needs

They took great care of my car when the CD player fried but even better, they loosened the oil drain plug so I could change my oil at home. It’s great to have a place I can trust with my car. It could be a little friendlier but I’ll take trust and quality over smiles

I just moved from Illinois. Had problems with my car. Took it to sun land auto they went above and beyond. They Found out my car had a recall. And recommend a dealer. Asked Dave how much for service. His answer was no charge. Was really impressed. My family is moving here. This is the only place we will take our cars for service.

Professional and Honest!!! Everyone from Bob, the owner, to the last mechanic is KIND. I had to replace my radiator in my Camery (my baby), and they made an unpleasant experience calming. With their Fabulous customer service I got thru the 2 days. I will be calling on them for the next 100,000 miles.

I noticed that the serpentine belt on my 1999 Jeep Wrangler was worn-​out just a few days before long trip. I was able to make an appointment within a couple of days and the repair was completed exactly on time and at the quoted cost. Best of all — no UPSELL! Like a lot of older Jeeps, mine can use a few minor repairs which Sunland could have tried to sell to me. Instead, they did exactly what I asked.
Bob and his staff were absolutely professional and friendly. I will return! 100% satisfied.

We have been taking our vehicles here for a few months now. They are friendly and professional. You will always know how much a service or repair is up front. They take your car right in on time when you make an appointment. I would recommend them for any service or repair. You will not be disappointed if you take your autos to them.

They were the cheapest quoted price. They were so polite and even came to pick me up when the car was ready. I was charged exactly what I was quoted and no sneaky fees.

I take my car here every time to get repair everytime I show up early in the morning they have my car fix in 2 – 4 hrs same day. The manager understands I dont have a second vehicle. The owner is trustworthy they dont add extra charges if anything they they charge cheaper than other mechanic shop hope you have a good experience I do every time.

Had our Yukon taken in for repairs for the first time here. Bob greeted me and was very friendly and professional. He remembered both me and my husbands names so when I came back in the next day (very fast work they did), he greeted me by name.
Reasonable prices after getting 2 bids somewhere else, they were lower. The price was as he promised, I left with a handshake and felt like our car was well taken care of! Will come back if needed for sure.

I’ve been taking my car here for oil changes since I moved here in 2013 and as far as visiting mechanics goes, my experiences here have been pretty painless. The owner Bob is awesome-​he is almost always at the front desk when I arrive and provides excellent customer service. He ends each transaction with a handshake which seems like a small gesture but shows me how much he respects and appreciates his customers. He also always offers to put my car key back on the key ring which is a struggle for me and anyone with stub fingernails.
I recently had to get a bit of work done and Bob walked me through the repairs and recommendations and took the time to show me some stuff under the hood when I asked. Prices are typical shop prices, but I’ve yet to have a problem with anything they’ve done to my car.
Because they are always so busy, make an appointment. I usually take my car in for oil changes first thing in the morning and am usually out within an hour. Again, you’ll be hard pressed to find better customer service at an auto shop. This place is always busy and seems to have a steady stream of loyal and longtime customers.
Sunland isn’t open on the weekend, and although that probably isn’t as convenient for the average person, I can appreciate a small business that takes the weekend for what it is: free time!

The services provided by Sunland Auto was courteous and honest! We brought our 15 year old car in with a leak and they repaired it so it is good as new! The estimate was exactly what we were charged. They found the problem immediately and we are impressed with their professionalism.

I found Bob just by luck, they spent a full week trying to figure out why my car wouldn’t start. They tried everything and couldn’t figure it out, after replacing many parts that didn’t correct it the issue turned out to be a ground wire. They could’ve tried to sell me multiple parts to increase the charge but instead he told me about the ground wire. They had put over 15 hours of diagnostic work along with replacing parts. Bob didn’t feel right charging me that much so my bill was 150 dollars and I was out the door. I have since only used Bob and have referred everyone I know to them.
Sundland is how every mechanic shop should be, honest and caring!

We came in at 11am and left at 2PM. We have a volkswagon Jetta and needed our breaks replaced plus new rotars. They worked on our car quicker than we expected and at a really good price. It came out to less than $ 300. We will be coming back here for sure. If you are looking to wait with your car I suggest you go across the street to the gas station when you want a snack. The vending machine and gum ball machines got stuck on us a couple of times.

Bob and his guys are great I had my jeep worked on there and they have gone out of their way to make sure I was a happy customer thank you.
