Sunny Crest is a small senior (55+) community and a place to call home with lots of smiling faces and only 100 home spaces. We all have an opportunity to get to know one another if we choose to. The streets are paved and have gutters on both sides of the street. As you drive in you can admire the beautiful desert landscape in your neighbor’s yards. The clubhouse is host to many activities: cards, crafts, dancing, and bingo just to name a few. Of course we have water exercises in the swimming pool, as well as a therapeutic spa to relax those tired muscles. Shuffleboard, and golf outings are an added plus. Need a place to park recreational vehicles? Open space storage areas are available for the residents’ use. Small pets are welcome with registration and manager’s approval. Sunny Crest is located on the south side of University Drive, between Ellsworth and Crismon. We are in Maricopa County. Mesa is nestled between Apache Junction to our east and Tempe to our north.
