Superstition Springs Lexus

We have bought 4 Lexus in the last 5 years from superstition springs Lexus, Easton Mcintosh. He is top notch, professional, trustworthy and super great to work with. We have always appreciated his kind, knowledgeable and comprehensive service he provided with our purchase.

I had been thinking about purchasing a new car for awhile and finally made the plunge. I was referred to Superstition Springs Lexus by a friend and after my experience there I will happily be referring my friends as well. The sales team at superstition springs Lexus did an amazing job and exceeded my expectations. At no time throughout the entire sales process did I once feel pressured to commit to anything. The salesperson easily answered all my questions, agreed to a very fair purchase price and always presented an extremely friendly demeanor making the entire car buying experience nothing short of enjoyable. The sales manager Jeff Dolbert is hilarious, if you get a chance to meet him he’ll have you cracking up in no time. Super happy with my new Lexus, wishing I hadn’t waited so long!

As with most every car dealer, they’re just as big of slime-​balls here as anywhere. I was blatantly badgered and forced into a car deal that I did NOT want, and I’m willing to bet the car was in an accident that just wasn’t reported to Car Fax.
The salesman was a slime ball, his manager was an even bigger slime ball, and the only one who even bothered to call me back with my concerns was the manager of the entire store. I’ve purchased a Lexus from Chandler before and this was a far cry from the service I received there. I fully expect to be taken advantage of, there isn’t any way around it, but this was beyond anything I could have imagined. When I’m bawling as I sign the papers because the payment isn’t something I can afford, and tell them I do not want to purchase this car, and they just sit there and do nothing about it, and tell me I’ve already made a deal, I’d say this is bordering on harassment and illegal.
Now I only deal with the manager, Brent, who has been much more responsive, however, I don’t even want to bring the car in for the fixes that were promised to me, that’s how horrible the service and people were here. Communication until I spoke to the manager was absolutely zero until I escalated it, and the salesman plays stupid like he doesn’t know how to send e-​mails or work a scanner. Pathetic.
Low-​balled me for the trade, but I expect that too, not something I can help since I don’t know about cars. Just not at all the level of customer services I expected from a Lexus dealership having owned one for the past 5 years. Never, ever again.

Just took delivery of my new 2016 RX350. The car is beautiful and I am very pleased with the buying experience with Jeff Horton. First and foremost he was low key and professional. He is a former school teacher. We negotiated price via email after our initial meeting. When another dealer would not trade for the car I wanted Jeff and his colleagues found the exact car in San Diego. They had it shipped in one day to Mesa. I took delivery of the car and it was perfect with a full tank of gas. The dealer also has a technology expert who will teach you how to use the advanced features. I highly recommend Jeff if you are in the market for a Lexus.

I started coming to SS Lexus when my service guy Angel moved over here from another dealer. Even though I drive an optima, Angel was more than happy to help me and hasn’t done me wrong yet.
I brought my car in for brakes on Monday and Angel was out sick and unfortunately the other guys dropped the ball and it wasn’t completed that day. I called Angel the next day and he apologized profusely and told me to bring it back whenever I have time and he’ll take care of me. That he did. I brought my car back, got a Lexus courtesy car and he went above & beyond on the service! Then the valet switched all my shopping bags to my optima while I was paying. They get an A+ in my book and I HIGHLY recommend everyone go visit Angel.

If you are in the market for a new or used car, you have to check out Superstition Springs Lexus. The customer service was outstanding and it was a very pleasurable new car buying experience. My salesman Bob Atanasio Was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole experience. I highly recommend superstition springs Lexus for your next new or used car purchase, and ask for Bob.

Went out to SSL for my 2^nd service on my IS250. Employees were very pleasant and friendly. I had a ton of questions about my service and my car, Wes was very informative and helpful. He told me how long the service would take and would call me on my cell when my car was done. I had to get back to work, so just like he said he called me when it was done. So far so good, I am very happy with Wes and taking care of me and my car. The only reason for the 3 stars is because I got a complimentary wash (all lexus cars get these) and for some reason they missed the large black tar spot on the bottom of my car right below the driver side door. I was hoping it was obvious enough for them to take care of (for I didnt wash it off knowing I would get a car wash that day) When I got home I had to clean it off. Other than that pretty decent place! :)

The service went downhill in this dealership!!! I’ve been coming here for 10 years. My two cars are both Lexus. Wow what a huge difference!!! Not coming back!!!

Took my 2013 GS350 in for a recall and when I picked it up there was a giant crack in the windshield. I grabbed my service advisor and showed it to him and he immediately got the service manager involved. Service manager looks at the crack that runs about 2 feet across the drivers side and asks if this was this way when I brought it in. He then asks if I have glass coverage on my insurance policy and says he can have my glass guy fix it under my coverage. REALLY??? You want me to fix your damage with my insurance coverage? Wow… I guess he forgot I have been coming to this dealership for 10 years and both my cars are lexus’, my 2 best friends have service done at this dealer and my inlaws have 3 cars they bring in. I will never go back and would suggest you use another dealer for service.

Hmmmm… this one is tough. I loved my sales agent Marc. LOVE my car! I feel like I got a great deal, it wasn’t hard or shady at all. Just kind of knew what I want, found it, paid cash. Pretty simple. I’ve owned a Lexus before-​see my review for Chandler Lexus! So that part was fine. I think a few things that were handed off to others within the dealership could have been better but overall, pretty good experience. I expressed some frustrations and when Marc was involved, they were resolved quickly and easily. The dealership is nice and clean and they seem pretty attentive in the showroom. I can’t say the same for the service department, but, I have only been back one time. I was told my service advisor was still on lunch and had a few minutes left-​but yet he was just in the back-​yeah anyway. I’ll probably take my new car to Chandler for service now. I always had a great experience there. But if you are shopping for a vehicle, go see Marc Dent. Great guy!

Worst customer service experience from a Lexus Dealership ever — from the women who answer the phones to the cashier, to the service department. After calling around, their prices for everything were much higher than other Lexus dealerships. If you continue to give them your business, call around and get other Lexus dealerships’ prices and make them match those prices. For me, besides price, it is worth it to drive farther to get the type of Lexus service you should be getting because you definitely don’t get it from Superstition Springs Lexus!

After spending the entire day looking at cars we walked on the lot and within seconds found a car for my daughter. Only one of 13 available in the entire U.S.A. The staff was helpful, warm, and friendly. Thank you all! Bob, Matt, and the supervisor! Well be back for the next vehicle. Loving my purse and the Lexus sport.

Stay away! I had hoped that we would’ve received superior customer service from this establishment because we have had our Lexus serviced here for the past few years. Instead, the operation they are running is awful. We left Superstition Springs Lexus without a car deal and drove home a few hours later with a new Lexus from a nearby dealership. The salesman and the manager on duty (Rashad) blatantly lied to our faces. Do yourself a favor and save yourself some time – GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! You’ll be glad you did. I gave them one star because I have never had a problem with their service department – good guys that work in that department. Sales team – zero stars. Management team – zero stars.

My husband and I love vehicles. We check and research cars, trucks, SUV’s, LUV’s. You name it we are checking it out. By checking out all these vehicles we also notice many things about the dealerships and how they are run. We both agree that Superstition Springs Lexus is top notch when it comes to customer service, pricing and quality. We owned a couple of Lexii’s in the past and we returned to a Lexus because of the safety of the car and quality of it’s fit and finish. You can’t beat the price point for what it has to offer.
Our leasing experience was a no stress, friendly and respectable environment throughout the entire process. I would have expected less due to the high stress the holiday season typically brings but, Everybody at this dealership was great!
We want to exclusively mention a few people here that went above and beyond. Krystal White, our finance director was amazing! We love her! She really knew the business and answered all of our questions. She is a true asset to Superstition Springs Lexus. Her. Her professionalism really shows and she gets it when it comes to customer service. Thanks Krystal for everything!
We would also like to mention Peter Schumacher our sales person. Peter was easy to talk to and friendly. Peter is also a great asset to the dealership. His knowledge, skills and ability surpass many sales person we have dealt with i the past. We appreciate him making our leasing experience streamlined.
We also like to thank Matt Samselski our Sales Manager. He was fantastic. Matt demonstrated a friendly and courteous relationship with us and truly came through with what we were looking for in our decision making. Matt is another true asset to Superstition Springs Lexus. We can tell that with such great people here at this dealership it is without doubt whether your buying, leasing you will have a positive experience. We highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to make the extra effort to visit them despite any distance issues. You will not be disappointed! Keep up the fantastic job! I just moved back to Phoenix after being in Portland for several years and have been trying to establish a relationship with a dealership. After a series of bad experiences I was led to Superstition Springs Lexus and was treated very well. My service advisor, Nicholas, was friendly and most importantly he didn’t try to sell me on service I didn’t need. He had me in and out and at a price that was much more reasonable than other Lexus dealerships in the area. This dealership is out of my way since I live in downtown Phoenix but it is well worth the drive. I will definitely be back.

I bought my car from there and Angel Acedo in Service takes care of ALL my needs. He is so courteous and takes his time to go over any concerns or questions I have. Even if some of the issues have been me being over cautious with my new purchase, Angel has been patient and explains everything. I needed some warrenty work done and he offered me a courtesy car while mine was being fixed. He goes above and beyond any expectation I had. He is easy to talk to and someone I can trust. Everyone in the dealership is so friendly and they make you feel like a guest in their home.

I purchased a new 2014 Lexus GX 460 and my expience working with mr. John Elegaard was very pleasant. He made the buyng process fast and easy and he did his best to be as close to my budget as possible.
I would like to thank mr. Zachary Huffman for everything he did for us. He took his time to explain how everything in the car works and delivered the car to our house because we had to leave earlyer than we initialy planed and they also provide us a loaner car (we tradet our old car).They give a great name to this dealership and I will return.

This has to be the worse Lexus dealership I’ve been to. 2 months ago, I came to this place to get an oil change that turned into $ 4000 recommended service. The person that helped me was George and I told him I have an extended warranty and will only fix what they will approved. Long story short, the insurance will pay for them to fix my steering wheel which the fluid was leaking. The total came out to be $ 1600 which insurance will pay for and my part is $ 100 deductible. Got a call back a few hours later saying that my total will be $ 400 which include flushing steering wheel fluid. I had already told him time and time that I do not want additional services since I do not need things like that right now. I had my car serviced at Lexus San Diego before moving here and they did not find anything wrong.
Needless to say I won’t come back here. However, adding salt to injury when I brought my car to Lexus of Scottsdale, they told me that rubber mounts on the steering rack was ripped open on the driver side and twisted on the passenger side. They had called the insurance for me and was told that it was already paid to be fix two months ago. I had to brought my car back to the dealership to get it fixed and of course I was not getting good service. I hope this will be the last time I have to deal with them. I will take my car to Lexus of Scottsdale even if it is a 25 miles drive.
If you come here, this is what you can expect, over recommendation of services that you do not need. They are super stingy about loaner cars and only give you a quarter of tank to drive. If you’re just here for oil change, then forget about it. I never had this problem at the other two Lexus dealerships I’ve been to which always provide a full tank of gas. Just be careful before you sign anything. I learned it the hard way.

So far so good… you’ve chosen the right dealership. For the best service experience ever (though,) you will need a name. I have one — worthy of jotting down if your memory is bad… Angel Acedo!
Taking the car for service is not my thing and NOT my job! It’s my husband’s! Everybody knows this! (I’ve had too many bad experiences and nothing upsets me more.) But, after driving 1,000 miles with a dashboard light and warning message, I took the car — kicking and screaming, ready to «bite» the first person who looked at me the wrong way.
Man alive! What a surprise when meeting Angel! When I dropped off the car he treated me with courtesy and respect. (Believe it or not, we actually had a conversation.) He gave a loaner as promised and I left. I was feeling pretty good motoring down the road until I remembered it could be a «countdown» — waiting for the other shoe to drop.
Guess what??? No shoe! What I received from Angel was the very best service experience of «any» Lexus dealership! I was treated well, my car was completed when promised, and there was no up-​sell!
