I’ve always wanted to cook. One day my friends asked me if I would show them how to prepare one of my signature dishes, and it dawned on me that there must be lots of people that would love the same thing.

I’ve been cooking for 17 plus years professionally, Learning from Five star chef’s and Master chef’s. I have been a Chef at several top private golf courses and won a few competitions. I’m quiet for a «typical» Chef but talk with purpose and kindness to guide people into their comfort level of food.
