History

Established in 2011.

We opened The Village Salon and Spa in July of 2011. Our wish was to provide an upbeat, upscale full service salon and spa to East and Southeast Mesa region. After studying prices other salons in the area were charging, we designed our menu of services to be midrange, yet still provide our clientele the highest level of expertise possible. We do this by taking continuous education and always striving to make you, the client, look and feel your very best!

Beware of poor service, poor spa results, and rude treatment by management and ownership! They do NOT stand behind their work and they charge prices that do not parallel their quality of service. Two thumbs down!

On several occasions I have been able to get a same day appointment here (only in summer months, winter is a different story as our population in East Mesa explodes) and each time have been met by warm and friendly staff. The staff has guided me through a nice grow-​out of a pixie cut I was tired of and has always had suggestions about what to do, but listened very carefully about what I wanted and together we have always worked out a plan that has left me leaving the salon very happy. I don’t give the salon 5 stars, because its not a 5 star salon, but it is a SOLID 4, at least in my experience. If the prices seem high, remember, this is not a chain store specializing in budget haircuts, it is a nice, local salon, independently owned. I like the salon.

AVOID THIS SALON!!! Rudest people ever. Zero skills. Do not know how to cut, style hair at all. Prices are outrageous! When you make a complaint to the manager, her attitude is as bad as the service. She doesn’t offer any resolution. Rip off!
