Ulta Salon Cosmetics & Fragrance

I was sent a coupon via email as I am a rewards member for several years now, that was valid to use towards fragrance and the agent at the store would NOT accept it. Even though at an earlier purchase for hair salon that same day she had confirmed that I could use. Went to grab the perfume and after waiting in line for several minutes went back and she refused to accept coupon. I am extremely upset as now Christmas is over I can no loner use coupon, I will be posting my dissatisfaction on Ulta Unilocal and submitting complaints on line where ever it can be seen, I have sent a letter to corporate offices as well!

This store is always clean and organized. And I know that the products are always great! But really what makes the place great is the costumer service. The ladies here always welcome me in, are kind, and give me space when I don’t ask for help. I hate being bombarded when I’m clearly just browsing. Certainly love this location.

We had a fun ladies night and spa night at Regis Salon last night! 10 of us for our hair done and mani/​pedis all the staff were professional and wonderful! Special thanks to Julie the Salon owner who made the night extra special! We all walked away feeling pampered and beautiful! If your looking for a salon go check out Regis you’ll love it!

What stands out in a store like Ulta is customer service. I think a lot of the employees need a refresher course. Especially the ones checking customers out. Being in customer service can be a very stressful, unappreciative job. We’ve almost all been there at some point. Regardless, you put your big girl panties on and power through it, with a smile. Aside from the generic, «Did you find everything okay,» how about ask, «How are you? Do you have any coupons you would like to use today?» As customers, unless we are going in for one thing, our minds are usually on overload when we’re walking aimlessly around Ulta. We may forget we have a $ 3.50 off coupon, that may actually qualify for the 1 out of the 20 items we’ve purchased. Just a little suggestion. Otherwise, this Ulta is the standard central location for all things beauty.

My first haircut at this Ulta Salon was interesting. Not a bad haircut just a ‘quirky’ staff. I thought it was weird that the salon manager was able to charge $ 10 more for a haircut.

Loving Ulta! I wish they offered more loyalty rewards.
