You’ve Got Maids

I’ve been having difficulty keeping up with my house cleaning during this holiday season and decided to search around Unilocal for a 5 star cleaning company and I found You’ve Got Maids.
I called and got an answering machine. A polite answering machine, but an answering machine. I was pleasantly surprised when someone got back to me very quickly.
Obviously, I’m not the only one who needs help around this time because the gentleman, Tyler, said he was completely filled until after Christmas. I guess I sounded disappointed, because he quickly rearranged his schedule to fit me in Christmas Eve morning at 8am.
Well, this morning at 7:53am, 3 chipper and super friendly women were out front, armed with all sorts of cleaning equipment.
I let them in and was going to explain what needed to be done and they were super polite, but told me they had everything taken care of.
One woman took the laundry room, one took the kitchen and one took the living room.
They were very friendly and made pleasant conversation, but made it clear they were there for work, not socializing.
The three of them got everything done in about an hour. They gathered all their equipment, and just as fast as they were there, they were gone.
When they finished, I called Tyler with my credit card information and gave each woman a cash tip.
Having You’ve Got Maids show up for Christmas Eve was much better than Santa’s Elves could ever be!

The owner, Tyler, is really down to earth and highly communicative before sending a team over and then continues to foster an relationship of open communication with clients even after a service schedule has been established.
A team of 3-​ladies have come over both times I have used them for my tiny 1-​bedroom apartment and they really get down to the greatest detail while cleaning. My apartment was so dusty and had so much dog hair before the first time they came and they did such a great job deep cleaning everything. My allergies are already much better and I have been feeling a lot better because they were able to get everything so clean.

WOW is all i can say! I have had different people clean my house before, but i have never been SO impressed than when I got home to a sparkling clean home after You’ve Got Maids was here! Tyler thought it might take 2 hours for them to clean my home, but it needed way more deep cleaning than he thought, so it took them at least 3 hours, probably closer to 4. A team of 2 ladies came to our home who were SO nice, personable, and professional, and didn’t make me feel bad, even though I was so embarrassed at the state of my home. They put on shoe covers and after a quick tour of my home, and talking about what I needed and wanted, they got right to work. They were pleasant to talk with while they were here, but I felt totally comfortable leaving them here while I left to run errands. The only thing I’m not sure they do is laundry. I needed so much other stuff done this time, there wasn’t any time for the laundry anyway. When I came home, they had done an amazing job at cleaning everything, it was SO nice to come home!
I found this company on Unilocal and after trying to get in touch with a few other companies, Tyler, the owner, was very quick and responsive and called back, answered all my questions and was very friendly and helpful. I wanted a one time deep clean, and he was able to set me up for the next week! He called to confirm before, and even called to follow up after to ask what they could do better… And I had nothing to say! I will be using them every 2 weeks through the holidays, and for sure 2 times a year for our deep clean. :)Thank you!!!

I found this company through Unilocal when I was looking for a move out clean. The owner, Tyler, was super friendly, straightforward, and had the great suggestion of having them come in to clean after I had already left the state in order to get the place really clean. Tyler called to confirm my scheduled cleaning the day before and returned my call in a timely manner when I called to confirm the final total and ask how it went. He also kept his word about the price, which I thought was very reasonable. Assuming my apartment complex has no issue with the cleanliness of my apartment, I am very satisfied, even though I will never see the finished product myself. However, they do offer a «landlord guarantee», which made me feel more comfortable about having the cleaners come when I wouldn’t be able to be there.

Excellent cleaning, super sweet, on time, feel safe, and fair prices. I found this company on the Central Christian church website and they did not disappoint. I typically hire teams to do my deep cleaning 2x a year. Melissa, Maria and Kelly came to my house today and did an fantastic job!!! In fact, they were the first company that didn’t play music or use their cell phones while working; they were very professional. For anyone that works from home, that’s important. I will definitely be calling them back to do repeat service!

This review is long over due! Found Tyler through Thumbtack. He was super responsive and his price was in line with other quotes I received. His team showed up on time and was AMAZING! They put on shoe protectors so they didn’t track anything in the house. The team was meticulous. We were a little suspicious of how fast they cleaned the house but my mom did what she calls a «spot test». She failed to find any missed spaces. The owner was really great to work with. I can’t speak highly enough of this company. Truly a great find!!!

Great service! They did a super deep clean of the house I just bought, which was absolutely disgusting with dog hair, dust, and stains everywhere. I also had them clean the carpets in all the rooms and when I walked in after they were done, the house sparkled! Tyler also has great customer service skills and was really nice throughout the whole process. Pricing was fair, considering the amount of work put in. I would definitely use them again!

We have several flip and rental houses and met Tyler and his staff through a mutual friend. I needed a last minute move out cleaning and it was the easiest experience yet! We never even had to meet at the property, Tyler and his very friendly and professional staff took care of the request virtually. It was amazing how they just handled it for me so I didn’t have to take time from my busy schedule to meet there and explain anything. If you need a reliable no hassle and friendly guy, Tyler and You’ve Got Maids is an easy decision!

Really liked the way how Tyler (the owner) was doing business and he had an awesome team which was led by Melissa. They just finished our house and they did a great job!!! I really appreciated it and will definitely go back to them again!!! Thank you guys!!!

Tyler the new owner is just awesome. I had an event in phoenix and the cleaning company i hired last minute cancelled. i called this company up gave me their elevator speech and i was sold. they showed up within the hour with an army of cleaners just in time to hand over the property to the owner. they did wonders with the place and made it look like a party had never taken place. Tyler showed up just to make sure it was done on time, didn’t expect that but appreciated it. highly recommend Tyler and his team. Great Job Guys!!!

***Update (7÷28÷14) — I received a call from Tyler, who is the new owner. He personally wanted to resolve the issues I previously had. I have since moved out of his jurisdiction but he was very professional and I appreciate his follow up on my previous experience and his willingness to rectify the situation! I wish him the best since being an owner is not always easy but he’s off to a good start!!!

The communication between staff was less than satisfactory. After talking to their office at least 5 times they failed to book my appointment even though I confirmed it with them twice over the phone. I called a few days prior to the appointment since something didn’t feel right. Needless to say they didn’t have it so I had to schedule it again.
Now when the 3 maids arrived they were professional and dressed appropriately. Overall they did a good job but spent entirely too much time in the bathrooms. There was one girl per bathroom and the other was handling the rest of the house. The girl in our spare bathroom spent over an hour and a half cleaning the shower. Please note I keep my house pretty clean and that one shower had not been used in 6 months so spending that amount of time was not necessary. Ultimately they charged me over $ 300, which at the time seemed like a lot but after calling a few other companies in the valley that was entirely too much for the services they actually provided.

I highly recommend you’ve got maids. I really appreciate that they go the extra mile to be eco friendly. With young kids, I would hate a bunch of harsh chemicals being used in my house. Fast, professional and affordable.

This is a great house cleaning service. They are on time, friendly and professional. It is great to come home to a clean house! Judy is very friendly and always calls to remind us of our appointment time. They do a thorough job of cleaning the house no matter how dirty your house is. Our stove-​top is white and I have a hard time keeping it clean but they have it sparkling every time they clean. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for house cleaning, whether its a one time cleaning or weekly cleaning they do a great job!
