Braum’s

I’ve written a review here before and for some reason Unilocal*is asking me to do another. I can tell you nothing has changed from my previous review so here it is:
It’s Braum’s so you know the ice cream is good. The burgers are good to. What this location lacks is service. The kids behind the counter are undiciplined and apparently often unsupervised or they wouldn’t be playing grab-​ass behind the counter. We go there frequently and it’s usually the same unless an adult manager is nearby. The dining room is huge and really requires someone to be assigned out there to bus tables but often the tables are not clean and the condiment/​utensil bar is a mess. If management would get a handle on things this would be a great location.
The grocery side is very large with a big selection of all items, not just ice cream.

The store is always pretty busy, unless you go really early in the morning. The staff is friendly and usually pretty quick. The store is clean, but can get pretty messy at very busy times. same with the parking lot. The food is prepared quickly and is consistently good.
And, they have pretty damn good ice cream.

I felt I had to share my experience as I have never seen anything so ridiculous in my life. I’m’m in line and I see this new cheese burger loaded with cheese and I try to order it and the taking my order must have been high on something he keeps repeating number 1 and it didn’t look nothing like the add on the speaker so he verifies the number one is the cheese burger and the size of the cheeseburger is ¹⁄₃ pound which happened to be the same as the number 1. I verify one last time before I order and pull up to the first window pull out my money and I have to wait with my hand out so long it starts to get tired and I pull it back in. He takes at least two orders maybe three and then acknowledges I’m there and I proceed to the next window and again verified because something seemed off and you can tell none of these employees were properly trained as she didn’t realize they had the cheese burger I was talking about. I give up drive home find after asking multiple times for the cheese burger my burger didn’t have any cheese whatsoever! On top of all that they gave no ketchup for the fries so that’s useless as well. I will never come back to this establishment again because working in the food industry previously I know that they have these management and training problems there’s most likely other things being done wrong with the food handling.

Love there Ice Cream. And Burgers.
