Chris Jasper – State Farm Insurance Agent

My wife was with Chris Jasper for over 15 years when we got together. Not knowing any better I joined the and had a policy as well. BAD Choice. At first everything was good. But slow and steady we started to see our premiums increase but we didn’t know why. This happened on 2 separate occasions. After waiting a week to hear back they finally updated our bill and refunded our money. This most recent occasion was more than we bargained for. I called and asked why our bill raised over 20% from last month to this month, «well there are multipule things that can make your bill raise, if that car is more stolen in your area, if there are wrecks in your area with a specific type of car… and about 4 other excuses which we unreal, however at the end she said they rarely pull those stats». So if those stats are rarely pulled why has our bill raised over 20% from $ 350 to $ 397? The young lady responded stating she will have to check. That was 11 days ago. I sent a demanding email to Chris to know what was going on. Suprise I heard back from him but his response was more sad felt due to health issues of his family, which I understand. But his response from there was that, you should keep up with your policy, we tried to call you but you never answer or call us back, have you been receiving your mail for the last 3 months (since you moved) All of which clearly shows me he has no idea what his staff is actually doing because I called, I called a number of time and «we still have not heard back from the underwriters», Yes Chris, we still are receiving our mail and the mail you have been sending. My phone does ring however if i don’t answer, typically most businesses whom are trying to resolve an issue will leave a message and my wife phone works as well. Long Story Short, save your self time and money… go to Geico because before between my wife and I we were paying over $ 500 a month– we pay right over $ 200 now…

This guy can save you some money. Friendly trained staff. Having an agent feels better than going into an understaffed office run by 19 year olds.
