As soon as I walked up I was greeted by Mike, he was really nice and seemed like he was in a good mood which is refreshing. I just needed a little air in my tires which I told him and he didn’t even make me go inside he told me to pull my car around and then Matt filled up my tires happily. I spoke to another guy there but I can’t remember his name he was really nice too! Super fast, super friendly, great service… And it was free! I’m not from around here but if I was I would definitely go back and recommend them!

I called before i came here and spoke to MIKE and asking how much they charge for patching my tire and he said it was FREE, then when i came there NICK was charging me for 12.50/ tire, i said i spoke to mike and said it was free, then he just ignored me then we walk out to my car and i mentioned it again and he said it was a joke, if i didnt mentioned it they would get my 12.50, so beware of this scammers.

Won’t ever go to this location again. Tire light was on, guy comes out put a machine to each tire with no other inspection, resets and says I’m good to go. As a single mom, I trusted that what he said was true. Today, took it in for some maintenance and the dealership tells me I have a nail in my tire that’s why my light was on. Bad enough to do it to any customer but as a single mom I need to be able to trust a reputable place. Really disappointed.

You have Tire guys and then you have Car guys these are Tire guys and they know there trade well. As far as car and light truck tire install they are perfect. Can’t handle anything light commercial and up. Good knowledge on tires and Tire tech but a friendly and customer oriented service and front staff is lacking. The guys here don’t seem excited to see customers. I came here for a flat repair but they guy seemed to act like i was a inconvenience. I spent $ 867 on tires here in 2010. The same tires that needed flat repair. For Christ sake at least I didn’t come for free tire pressure check… I have been coming to this location sense 2006. The new store is nice but I will take my business to where I’m appreciated. By the way the flat repair took 1 hour, that’s a long time for a simple flat repair. However they did not charge me for flat repair and balance.

The new store is much nicer than the old store. There is plenty of parking for everyone. But I did make an appointment online the day before for a 2 o’clock and they did not get my vehicle back till and hour later. I had my tires rotated recently at this location and my tire would not hold air after the rotation I only went back up there for them to fix the problem that they messed up the first time and I had to wait an hour and a half to get it done. Been very happy with this location in the past but this time was not so happy!

New location in mesquite is very nice. I made a 3:30 appointment earlier in the day and much to my surprise, when I arrived at 3:25 the manager greeted me and helped me immediately. They were very informative and even looked for better pricing in the tire I chose. I definitely recommend this location if you want a quick hassle free experience.
Only one con– I’m sure that it’s a corporate mandate to answer every phone call that comes in, but it’s a little unnerving having someone quit speaking with you to answer the phone. I’m definitely not saying that the staff was not attentive. Maybe discount tire should reevaluate their phone policy.

I have been coming to this location since 2006, these guys really are car guys and always do a professional job. I have been to the Discount Tire in Rockwall and the service & knowledge was not on par with this Mesquite location.
