RIP OFF. They are taking guesses on the problem with your vehicle. i took in my car for a check light and they ran a test on their computer, which showed a misfire on cylinder 6. you would think they would check that cylinder, but no, instead kept saying its this and that. made me pay for services i didnt need. told me everything would be fine, i drove 2 miles, check light came back on, took it back in, and they made more guesses, and said i needed to change this and that again, one guy said I may need a new catylic convertor and to go to a muffler shop… so i did. The guy at the muffler shop did the same test on his computer which showed a misfire on cylinder 6. He opened up the engine compartment to look at cylinder 6. turned out to be a burned out spark plug wire that cost me $ 6. I called back to get a refund on the service they performed and they said they would not refund any of it because what they did was maintenance to keep further issues from happening. I asked them if they saw it was a misfire on cylinder 6, why didnt they check that first like the guy at the muffler shop? his response was «that mechanic is different from my mechanic» he must mean «honest» Place is a joke, i knew I shouldnt have gone here after my mom showed me her $ 246 oil change bill from them a few weeks prior. no wonder this place is always empty
