Magicians Cleaning Solutions

We recently had our entire home (carpets and tile) cleaned by Magician’s Cleaning Solutions.
PROS:
–June, the owner, is a really nice guy. He seemed genuine, honest, and hard-​working.
–We thought the price was reasonable.
–The carpets look renewed.
–June gave us some helpful tips on how to keep our tile, grout, and carpet looking good.
–He never once tried to up-​sell us and he was straightforward regarding the cost from our first conversation.
NEUTRALS:
–Unfortunately, the cleaning didn’t get rid of the dog and cat odor from the previous owners; however, we really didn’t expect it to because we think the problem goes deeper (into the pads) than the carpet. But we do feel more comfortable letting the baby crawl around on the floor until we can afford new carpet, so that’s good.
–The tile looks OK.
CONS:
–June came to our home from another unexpected large job he had that day, and he seemed a little low on carpet cleaning products. Specifically, we spoke over the phone about a number of different carpet cleaning products he could use on our floor, and we agreed we would decide once he came out to the home. When he arrived, the choices were limited. The product he ended up using was fine, but we would have preferred to pick from the options he had described on the phone.
Overall, we were pleased with the service and we feel very comfortable recommending Magicians Cleaning Solutions.

Would highly recommend them! They showed up on time and were very professional. They did a great job cleaning the carpet in my house. Will use them again!
