This company is a joke. Paid over 2100 dollars for furniture its been five days it hasnt been delivered and they say its going to be another week. When i asked for a refund they said they would keep 500 dollars for restocking. They are nothing more then thieves

When I bought my marble dining table with leather chairs I was told that warranty was going to cover all my concerns tearing, cushion on chairs anything. I was never told that once a item example chairs, they can no longer try to fix or replace. First thing the marble pieces chip off with in first year it was not cover. Second all 4 chairs started one by on tearing. first time I called the extended warranty look at my chairs they denied claim, because of normal wear in tear. I called back argue how can this happen n call it normal wear in tear with in 1 year a 1200 dining set. In that case I could of bought at my normal cheap furniture place n pay not even half the price. I bought at RTG expecting high quality n had warranty long story short 2 chairs wore replace but now am having problems with other 2. been having my set for about 2 years 6 months.

Customer service and delivery is a joke! Promised return phone calls never returned. Left work to find out delivery guys did not stick around as promised. Never a manager available to talk too! The service rep I kept being referred to obviously doesn’t care! Trying to get refund and cancel order but apparently no one there can do it which is amazing. Sales team is great it’s after they got your money they could care less!

Mark provided great customer service and was very patient with me. The guys that delivered my bedroom set were cool. My only«complaint» is my vanity mirror has these two big stickers(talks about the wood material advertisement) and they are a PAIN to remove. I’m trying that«Goo Gone» method, and if that does not work, they will send me a new mirror lol Who the heck puts stickers on a new mirror? I know that’s the distribution center or manufacturer’s deal, but it’s still irritating. It’s not like a regular sticker you can remove with a blade, but more like a paper that you cannot peel. It’s exhausting. Either way, I got a good deal and great customer service in store. I’d go back again.

I have not even received my furniture and the service I have from this store has been awful. I was told if I purchased my sectional, then«They» including the manager would work on getting my furniture delivered. DONOTFALLFORTHEBSTHATTHEYWILLTELLYOU! I’m still waiting on my furniture and NOONE has been able to do anything about it. I tried to cancel my order, and they wanted to charge me a 20% cancellation fee when they don’t even have the furniture in stock. This company is in the business of SCAMMING customers!

I paid for express delivery of a mattress set, 64.98… They were unable to give me a time frame. After 7 days I called on the date of delivery as instructed to get the window that they would be delivering. I was told some time today… between the hours of 7 am and 10 pm. I was not told this before they had swiped my card. Nor was I told that I was being charged for a mattress cover. I did not ask for nor want. Would I ever recommend this store? Never. Will I ever shop rooms to go again? Absolutely not. Once they had my money The customer service went out the window. If my checking account had not already been debited I would have cancelled this entire fiasco… It is now 4;18 pm and still no clue as to when they might show up Buyer beware dont shop here

I bought a nice entertainment center. Paid $ 3,000 for it. It took 2 months to deliver. On the days leading up to the delivery, I received 5 automated calls telling me to be there between 1 and 5. I took off work. The drivers were early. They dropped off the boxes and left at 12:30. I showed up at 1. They did NOT assemble it and the customer service said. that the 4 hour time slot is just a courtesy… we can deliver it anytime. I call BS!

Customer service at this store is not very good. If you want to be fully taken care of and not feel that you are just a «sell», I would not suggest visiting this location. I have had great service at some of their other locations, however the sales rep treated me like I was just a transaction. Needless to say I did not purchase anything and will not return to this location.
