A Whole New World of Beer Elite Event

This was a great event put on by Morgan! I’ve actually become a fan of this place and came back here with my gift card to buy more food.
The ONLY complaint I have is that WOB didn’t do single servings for everyone. Splitting a pretzel with people you kinda sorta know is fine, but a taco. Things get weird and people get hungry!
Other than that — I had a blast!

Fall = beer, no? Well, for WOB, beer = a day that ends with ‘Y’. Passionate staff plied us with hops-​filled knowledge while the kitchen offered a tasty multi-​course dinner complete with beer pairings.
New friends, new beer, new food = perfect pairing!

That. Was… Fun!!! Great brews and snacks! WOB staff were knowledgeable and excellent hosts. Thank you Unilocal and WOB. We will be dining and drinking here again soon! Especially enjoyed the wings and German beer selection.

This is the kind of event that I feel like an elite and am blessed to be so. What can I say 6 courses and all the good beer all night. The food was excellent and so was the beer, there was nothing not to like. This event was amazing and I hope for more in the future.

OUT OF THE PARK awesome! Seriously… WOW! Upon arrival, we were a little nervous, the building is kinda warehouse-​y looking and misleading. But, once we got upstairs to WoB, it was a magical experience.
First off, this was an Elite Event and Morgan did such an amazing job organizing it. We got to sit with our guest, but were seated with other Unilocalers. (Great for mixing and mingling!)
Started the event with a HUGE pretzel, hanging from a banana holder. The beer cheese was amazing. Each course was paired with a different beer. Our table was super impressed with the vast selection of over 500 bottles and 80 some drafts. Although you might be overwhelmed by the selection, you will not be disappointed!
Then came meatballs which were devoured in seconds and then hot wings! I was the lone wolf at the table, as I preferred the pumpkin spicy ones (I mean, who doesn’t love pumpkin spice!) And more beer. Then seared tuna, then street tacos, and more beer, and more beer!
The crème de la crème was the dessert. Fried apple rings and s’more waffles and caramel dipping sauce. (And more beer.)
We were having such a fun time, we almost forgot to do the trivia!
We will def be back to WoB and I can’t wait until the next Unilocal Event!!!

This event was so much fun. The food was great and I would so come back again. Thanks Morgan for a fun event and introducing me to a new place.

This sweet, sexy event was an incredible smörgåsbord of the newest offerings from the World of Beer. And hey, there is some tasty stuff rolling out of this kitchen! I’m so thrilled that we got to peek into the best bar food in Metry. These pretzels are rocking my world.
I’m so grateful that we got to sip and sample our way through this beautiful menu (no, really, get the pretzels) with a side of pretty sweet hospitality, too.
Loving it. Thanks to World of Beer, Morgan, and Wednesday for this awesome evening. I love it.
