History

Established in 1991.

For more than 24 years, directors Dianne McGraw, LCSW, CMC and Betty Tedesco, LCSW, CMC have partnered to provide elderly clients and their families the solutions to elder-​care dilemmas. Their broad range of services includes personalized home care with an Alzheimer’s specialization and Geriatric Care Management. In-​home personal care and companion services are assessed, planned and coordinated by licensed social workers and nurses. Care Managers provide coordination of medical appointments, crisis management, and evaluation of residential options to help families resolved complicated issues.

Home Care Solutions’ caregiver services are available 24-​hours, seven days a week with 24-​hour on-​call supervision.

Dianne C. McGraw, LCSW, CMC and Betty B. Tedesco, LCSW, CMC, are both Master level Social Workers with extensive health care experience.

Recognized professionals both nationally and regionally, they are active in National Leadership positions in their specialty field and are frequently called upon as speakers and trainers.

They are actively engaged in many community and local organizations including, Aging Life Care Association™, Home Care Association of America, New Orleans Rotary Club, East Jefferson Business Association, Louisiana Guardianship Services, Inc., New Orleans Continuity of Care, Executive Women International, New Orleans Women’s Professional Council, Better Business Bureu
