Palm Tree Playground

OMG, my daughter loves this place! This is a great venue for kids to play and run around indoors! It’s a wonderful concept.
There are two separate areas, one for kids ages 3 and below, and one for the older kids. Every now and then an older kid wanders into the toddler area but it’s really not too bad.
The toddler area has a pit with soft cushioned objects to roll around in, a crawl thru tunnel, a short slide, a school house to sit inside of, and various other toys to play with.
The larger area has toy cars to ride around in, blocks, balls, and a huge slide structure with two slides to choose from. The blue slide is quite fast.
There is a snack area with light snacks and drinks at reasonable prices.
Lastly, they do parties on weekends. Mostly all inclusive, they’re two hours long at one price for up to 15 kids.
Open play is during the week, and on weekend days when there are no parties. I know it’s $ 6.50 for toddlers, older kids are a couple bucks more, adults are free.
This place is perfect to avoid hot, sunny days and rainy days while still allowing your child to expend their energy. We will continue to go here.

First time here, and I brought my Niece and daughter here today 1÷18÷2015 to have some fun on this Sunday. It’s a clean place with 2 main areas one for children 3 and under and the other side for children older. There are a few other little toys in the areas in between. The seating area is clean, sell snacks and drinks.

Just had my 5 year old and 7 year old daughters’ party here. What a wonderful job that they did! The children loved climbing up the structure and sliding down. Some hung out in the «beach ball.» The boys loved the basketball area. They would pretend play in the house also when they needed a climbing break. The younger siblings even had a great time in the toddler area. Something for everyone. The staff was very attentive and touch based with me through out the party. They even made several suggestions to make the party a better experience. They packed up everything so it was ready to load in the car. All that I had to do was visit with my guests. Plus, the whole facility is so clean.

I’ve been here several times. My 5 year old daughter loves it. On my first visit there I thought the place was nice; clean and new. And the people seemed pretty friendly. Started talking to a guy who I thought was just another parent — happened to be Eric, the owner. He couldn’t have been a nicer, more engaging person and I liked his story. Then while my daughter was playing with some other kids there, another person who worked there asked me if I wanted a tour. I got to go see the upstairs area which has I think 3 party rooms as well as a lounge area with TV for the parents. Great use of the space. Definitely a place to bring your grade school child or toddler. Mine is too big for the toddler area and was sad because she couldn’t go in it because it looks like fun!

My three children ages 4, 8 & 10 loved Palm Tree Playground. They were happy and occupied playing for 2 hours. The facility is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. We will definitely visit again and I would recommend this indoor playground to others. I found their prices to be very fair as well. There is a café, but you can also bring your own drinks and snacks. There is a small gated area for toddlers in addition to the large play structure for older children. They also have a little area for the children to put in a puppet show and my kids loved that area! As a bonus, there is free Wifi and lots of seating for adults.

Both my active two and five year old boys LOVE this place! Whenever we are in New Orleans visiting family, they always ask to go.
The toddler area is a safe, engaging, and colorful place for my little one to play in, and the bigger kid structure is fun, challenging, good for hours of fun. I love that anywhere I am in the facility I can see both of my children play. (This is great if you have children of different ages who want to play in separate places.)
I also love that there’s a place to have our lunch from home or a snack from their snack bar… so convenient.
In a nutshell… Palm Tree Playground is a fun, clean, and safe place to play :)

Been there twice would never go back. While sitting with my 14 month old grandson in toddler area I was slapped real hard in face. Parent of that child was not around. I had to ask who’s child was that. Parent wanted child to apologize but child was too young too even know what that meant. The parent left child back in play area. I also saw other children having problems with discipline. Parents are busy socializing and not watching their children. I was told they are not responsible for anything that happens in there. I would not go back or recommend this place.

Clean and organized. They have a decent-​sized indoor playgym. and a private birthday/​party room upstairs.
Be forewarned, the bathrooms are «family style»

I brought my son to Palm Tree Playground on a Sunday, so it was a Walk-​in Play day. The play area is divided into two sides: one area with smaller toys for younger toddlers & the other side for older kids who can climb and slide. The day I went in, there were only a few kids, so my son had the younger toddler area pretty much to himself. I think he would have had more fun if there were more kids for him to play with.
I was pleased that the building was very clean and staff was nice. There is a concession area that sells a variety of snacks for the kids. It cost about $ 8 to get in.
I think Palmtree is a great place for a young toddler party. Kids a little older might get bored. However, I would definitely consider throwing my son’s third birthday party here!

This is my first visit and definitely will be back. I have been to another indoor playground with my daughter. She loved it and loves this one. I, like this one better cause it requires the children to use their whole body. They have a separate area for smaller children as well as parties. I would definitely recommend this place for parents looking for somewhere for their children to play on cold days. Plus I love the fact it’s close to our house.
