Meet the Business Owner

Keith E. and Brett P.

Business Owner

Keith’s passion for building began at a young age while completing wood working projects in his grandfather’s workshop nestled in the heart of Old Metairie, leading him to begin his professional career in commercial construction at LSU. Throughout his career, he has completed over $ 175M worth of work, with his marquee project being the 21 Story 930 Poydras building in downtown NOLA, receiving several regional and national awards. His ability to plan & lead allowed temporary occupancy of 18 floors, while construction was still in progress.

Brett always had an affinity for the construction industry. It was confirmed while he pursued his BS in Construction Management and MBA at LSU. He has gained vast reservoirs of experience while working as the Project Engineer on the St. Bernard Cultural Arts Center, a $ 30M FEMA funded & multi-facility project, and the Cost Engineer on the $ 800M federally funded Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System.
