I love this place! I have never had a bad experience with them at all. The service is always great and the people, professional. I always get compliments on my makeup which is the reason I keep going back. I usually get the airbrush makeup because it doesn’t come off on your clothes and that matters to me. I would most definitely recommend them… seems the Knot and Randy to the Rescue agrees as well :-)

This place gets no stars, but there is no option for that so I grudgingly give them one. Let me explain why. Made an appt. tried to call for directions no one returned the call. On the day of the appt called 40 minutes prior and got an answering service,
The person who answered had no idea where the shop was located. I left my number a requested an immediate call back as I was on my way to the appointment. The map attached to their groupon was located in Kenner. If you drive to Kenner there is no building. If you try to located them in Metairie, it is impossible.
I gave up! One hour and forty minutes later after my appointment was supposed to begin I get a very nasty call from Natashia asking where I was, and telling me she wasn’t going to waste her time on anyone who spoke to her with ill will.
This is not the way to do business or gain clients.
