At Paul Gibb Construction we specialize in constructing new residential housing, custom built homes, and real estate development. In addition, we also remodel bathrooms, kitchens, basements, and construct room additions.
History
Established in 1990.
We started building new residential houses and custom built houses in the early nineties. Paul Gibb Construction has also been able to engage in real estate development. We have several ongoing development projects with partners in Trails Edge Subdivision located in Washington; Cypress Ridge located in Washington; Cotton Wood Estates located in East Peoria; and our newest development Macey’s Place Estates (this will be a gated community) located in Germantown Hills.
