Appleton Square

So we moved in this past July and I have to say we really like living in this apt community. The grounds are always spotless, the clubhouse is newly remodeled with a nice serviceable workout room and during the summer months the pool was awesome. As for our apt we are on the 3^rd floor overlooking the pool area and we like the location. The bedrooms are decent size and having the in apt laundry is a huge plus. Now for a few negatives, 1stly utilities are not included so be prepared to budget that in with ur rent. There is no elevator so get ready to lug some stairs (which sucks on shopping days). The stoves are electric but I think that’s pretty standard with apt living nowadays not a huge deal I’m just not a fan of cooking with electric. Lastly we really wish the management would consider making this a smoke free living community. We are non smokers and our neighbors smoke and it kinda sucks being woken up to the smell of smoke every morning. Oh yes and the maintenance staff has been great and quick to respond to any issues we’ve had. Overall we really like the place.
