Very friendly. Been to many EWC locations and other spas, and Linda is the best I’ve ever had! I’ve always felt like EWC brazilians are so fast — 10 minutes and you’re out. But Linda takes her time and *actually* makes sure she gets everything. She is very friendly and easy to feel comfortable around. Will be back.

I get full Brazilian you can’t beat the price! Very clean and the staff is nice. I book my appointment for every 4 weeks. Linda makes me feel super comfortable always nice to talk to and doesn’t rush which I love bc it’s a very sensitive area!

Love it here, I’ll definitely be a regular! :) so I’m a first time guest and had walked in to schedule an appointment when comes to find out they had an opening at 7:15 from a cancellation. I arrive on time and was given to Michele, who’s very kind and friendly. It was my first time using hard wax and realize how much I’ve been missing. Michele made me feel comfortable, as well as informed that everything is clean no double dipping, my very own sticks, and the procedure. She also gave me some advice to a couple ingrown hairs I had, but when I went to look the results were on point. It’s great to have a waxing center conveniently close by, I would recommend these wonderful ladies to try out!

It’s my second visit to this center and I can say my Brazilian Bikini service was excellent. Friendly girls at the front great waxing techniques. Definitely recommend. They are at the Loop plaza close to the movie theater. I will be back, so glad they open !

As you can tell already by my 1 star review, this isn’t going to be good. If I could put in no stars, I would.
My sister signed up for something online to get a free wax but never thought anything of it until they called her back… I thought this was an AWESOME opportunity to get a Brazilian (that I have been growing out for awhile, so I can get one) and it was FREE even better, were my thoughts. It was their pre-​opening week so they were giving out free waxing to everyone to get clientele. Well, firstly when you walk in, it’s nice, you have an array of products they sell that will help with everything from acne to rejuvenation of the skin. The girls in the front were very friendly even the girl that called my sister in the first place was very inviting and great! I had very high expectations until this…
We check in and I am introduced to my the associate that’s going to wax me. She is very nice and pleasant but could tell she was a little nervous. She on many occasions uncomfortably hesitated to take off the wax, which is the worst when it comes to wax because then it hurts more. She kept having to call her trainer to help. Every time her trainer would take off the wax it wouldn’t hurt as bad but when the trainer left and she did it, my skin would bleed. It was terrible! She kept saying she would get the excess hair, she missed before I left but left HUGE patches of hair on my bikini. She did say it was her first time, so I gave her the benefit of the doubt and wasn’t too hard on her. We then proceeded to my arms, the outcome of that was more awful than my bikini area. She did not know how to correctly place the wax without yanking and tugging on my skin and missing hairs while she was at it. She DID AN AWFUL JOB! I had a Christmas party in a few weeks and I was so embarrassed to show my arms. I went in the next day and explained to them they needed to fix it, so they set me up an appointment for the following day when I was available but I missed it because I work very long hours. Also, I didn’t feel comfortable going back to a place where I had a bad experience the first time.
I also felt very rushed by the trainer because she kept telling the girl that was waxing me the amount of minutes she had been in the room. It was very upsetting, which probably didn’t help the new associate do a good job.
A few days into this horrific experience, I noticed bumps/​pimples on my arms and bikini. It was very painful when I was putting on my wardrobe because of the bumps. Mind you I have waxed my arms previous of times and I’ve never had this type of issue. I looked further into these pimples and realize they were ingrown hairs everywhere!!! I was so upset! Currently, as I’m writing this Unilocal review I’m looking at my arms and they still look irritated and terrible.
All in all, it was a BAD experience. I would not recommend anyone to go here.
