New England Outdoor Sheds & Gazebos

My experience with New England Outdoor was very confusing.
I ordered a shed through them because they had a very convenient shed design application, great reviews, and according to their website, we could hire them to do any necessary site preparation.
I was told no one could come out to our site to help determine if the location we had in mind was good and what kind of shed pad we might need, if any. Jon asked me to send pictures of the location instead and based on that advised a shed pad and said to just make a note of it when ordering the shed online and it would be taken care of.
I was pretty confused when our contract came in the mail from Eastern Shed Company, with no mention of the shed pad. I called and they seemed really confused when I relayed what I had been told by Jon. They said Eastern Shed and NEO are different companies (though they appear to be owned by the same family?) They informed me that the person at their company who does the shed pads doesn’t travel as far as Portsmouth.
I emailed Jon to see if he had any recommendations for local companies to do the shed pad and he said he could send me some, but never ended up doing so.
We found someone on our own, but when Eastern Shed came to install, they said we didn’t actually need a pad at all.
Overall we are very happy with the shed, but still very confused and frustrated by the relationship and apparent lack of communication between the folks at Eastern Shed and NEO. I’m still very confused by the relationship between the two companies and frustrated by the inconsistencies in what we were told. However, we have a great shed that was installed perfectly, so if you are willing to deal with potential confusion, I would recommend them.

New England Outdoor did a great job for us with our Gazebo. We were happy with the product, the installers, and the follow up to make sure everything went smoothly.

The pricing was very reasonable, and I was able to take advantage of a 10% off sale they offered in the spring. The shed is of high quality, and my husband and I love it. It really is a beautiful product. We are so happy that we went with the transom window because it really made a difference. If you are in the market for a shed this is the place to go — no need to look any further.

This company is tops, the family really cares that you are happy with all aspects of there sheds. They are built like a house and made to last. Service is the best! you can not go wrong with this company for your shed needs. I had one very small issue some years later and the whole family came right out to address the issue. That should be your top priority these days! Customer service after the sale! That is very important. Thanks so much! I will purchase again if I move.

My shed was built exactly as I wanted and delivered when I was ready for it. They had it built and waiting for me to have my pad ready. The men who put up the shed were friendly and informative and the material used is top quality. I am sure that I will get my use out of this shed for years to come.
