Bill Leary Air Conditioning & Heating

After a year of dealing with an installation of a new central air unit by another company that resulted in 9 service calls (and many parts replaced) with no resolution of the problem, I called Leary to give me a second opinion. MANY things found wrong on the previous install after a 5 hour inspection and hours spent on the phone with the manufacturer. Main problem, a refrigerant leak that was never diagnosed properly. Solution… first company removed their unit and Leary installed a new unit last week.
This is the first time I’ve been able to get my upstairs down to 72 degrees (and it was 98 degrees outside) ever! The team was knowledgeable and the attention to detail was something I hadn’t see with the previous company. Everything is sealed and insulated as is should be, and they went over the whole system with a fine tooth comb resolving every problem.
I can’t say enough good about this company having been dealing with another large company who couldn’t solve any problem. Thank you Bill Leary!
