GO-GO focuses on fresh food. Our soups are made from scratch in small batches. Our salads are tossed-to-order with our homemade dressings and topped off with a choice of hot proteins. Our famous go-go pies are stuffed with premium ingredients, wrapped in a light pastry and baked while you wait. Wash it all down with our fresh-squeezed lemonade with strawberries. For dessert, try a nutella and banana pie.
History
Established in 2003.
When we started GO-GO our goal was to offer exceptional food at everyday prices in a quick service setting. Now in our 9th year, we believe we’ve achieved that goal. Many of our original customers are still with us and new faces arrive each day. In the era franchised food service, every neighborhood deserves a café that offers a delicious, affordable meal and truly personal attention.

Business Owner
The idea for our signature product, go-go pies, was borrowed from the Argentine empanada. The pastry wrapper and the baked-to-order freshness can be found on any corner in Buenos Aires. We adapted the fillings to the American palate, unique creations such as steak, blue cheese and tomato; spicy thai peanut chicken; nutella and banana.
The results were truly delicious. But how could we distance ourselves from the popular perception of the empanada as a greasy, lukewarm snack filled with mystery meat? First, we renamed the product: GO-GO Pies. Second, we filled them with premium ingredients. Most importantly, we juxtaposed them with healthful, eye-appealing fresh salads and made-from-scratch soups… all served in a gleaming stainless steel café.
Without doubt, GO-GO is a «good idea.» Everyone wants affordable, delicious food, served fast.
