Their jetskis are literally falling to pieces, spedometers do not work, they take on water and the dry compartment doesn’t close.
We literally watched as one sank!
We arrived 20 mins early and started 25 mins late.
The staff is unorganized, angry and incompetent.

Man, I am so tired of going back and forth w/​these guys; I barely have the energy to bother with this review.
Anyone that doesn’t know me, look at my numerous reviews. I review them all, good, middle of the road, and the bad. I’m very fair, so given that; believe me when I say (or write), that these guys are the worst. SIGH.
My experience w/​an attempt to rent a boat was not unlike all the others that have reviewed here.
First nothing was available for the longest time, but I had a voucher that I bought. So I had to stick with these guys until a weekend was found. Finally found a weekend to rent, and I stopped in the day before only to find out that the starter didn’t work on the boat. No one bothered to call me ahead of time. I was just fortunate enough to stop in the day prior. Having read about these guys online, I figured I should come by the day before to make sure my rental would go smoothly.
So the starter was out, but I could pay $ 200 more for a boat slightly bigger. It wasn’t my fault the starter was out. They should’ve accommodated me for the same rate, but that’s assuming the company gives a hoot about customer service. Nothing doing here. So I rescheduled for the boat I initially had paid for, once they had fixed the boat.
Fast forward 3 weeks later and guess what, do you think I got my rental? Nope, they found another clause to try to charge me more. «Oh this is a Living Social» well that’s only Monday-​Friday’ B.S., they knew this all along, and I’m holding my voucher right now. Nowhere does it say M-​F only. They wanted to charge me again, another $ 180 more. I told them forget it. I called my credit card company and reversed the charges.
With these guys the customer is never right. Well, this customer won’t come around again ever.

This place is a total scam! Purchased a voucher on living social before the summer time and tried to redeem it several times and always got an excuse as to why the boat was not available (boat is broken, made a mistake with the time of the reservation, boat is at the wrong marina. .. .). Horrible! We complained to Living Social and they did nothing. Not sure why they haven’t shut this place down. .. Miserable a-​holes who need to be in prison for scamming consumers.

So furious. We bought a Living Social Voucher and have been trying for over a year to rent a small boat (18ft) from I-​95 Exotics. Every time we’d call, they’d give us a run-​around — that the boat «is in maintenance» and what not. The day finally came and we showed up to get our boat which they had promised. On our way there, they called to say our boat was broken. Surprise, surprise.
Since we were around the corner, we decided to pay a visit. We complained until the owner Rami (who’s mugshot you can see in one of these Unilocal reviews) told us he would get us a bigger boat (37ft) with a captain for the next day. Wow! We knew it was fishy (no pun) because our voucher was for only $ 180 and we just wanted a refund after wasting all this time with no end in site. He did not want to give it to us which didn’t make sense. I mean fuel for a 37 footer and captain costs many times more. Plus, there are expensive cars all around. What’s $ 180 to this guy? There’s something really wrong here.
We left anyway and came back the next day only to be met with more BS. Now we felt like idiots. Now the «captain» was there who looked like a drunk off the street and wreaked of liquor and told us he was «looking out of our safety». Right. They now told us to go to Sunny Isles (that’s Ft. Lauderdale for you non-​Florida folks, another county away) to some location there to pick up a 24 footer but we were so incredulous of course and we called the number to assess this new BS we were being fed. Well, the guy there had no idea what the hell was going on so we went back to Rami to confront him. Finally, he went to get his check book to give us the $ 180 which we took and left. The check looked fishy too. I’ve attached the image here. I called the bank to verify funds and of course, there were none.
This guy should be locked up.

Where to begin? Well let’s just say Living Social sponsored this i 95 exotics as a company for a boat rental coupon which I purchased for an 18 ft four hour boat rental fuel included and soft drinks.. Every time, I would call to redeem my coupon I would set up a reservation then get a call the day before by a rep telling me the boat was broken down. This happened 3 times! Finally I just drove out to the location in MB and went face to face with this con artist Rami Hakim.
He told me there was nothing he could do. Finally, after talking to this crook for half an hour he offered me this insane upgrade to a 37′ with a captain for the very next day. I found this hard to believe considering fuel alone would be $ 500! Not comparable to my $ 180 18 ft living social deal. Next day, I get a call moving up my reservation from 2pm to 3pm. I started to have that gut feeling that somethings not right, so I started to drive out to the location. On my drive I receive a call from Stephanie his assistant which told me that I’m being switched out to a 24 footer thats located in Sunny isles and tells me the boat is ready and waiting for me. She gave me all the details to another company called Doctor Jetski. She gave me the address. I asked her for the name of the person for me to contact there. She could not say, finally she spit out the name Henry. I asked her for his number and she gave me this odd out-​of-​state number. All awhile I could hear her confirming all these details with Rami. In the meantime, I had time to think quickly and knew I was being jerked around once again.
I was right around the corner from them and they wanted to detour me and make me U turn 20 minutes North away to Sunny Isles to prolong their scam. I told her screw it, I didn’t not t want that boat and I’m on my way to their shop. Meanwhile, I hung up and called this Henry guy, the number was wrong of course but, I went online and found the correct number for this Doctor Jetski place and asked for Henry, which answered. He had NO IDEA what the heck I was talking about. He told me to call him back in 2 minutes that he was with a customer (It seemed like another stalling tactic so that he could call Rami). While speaking to this guy i was still driving towards their shop. I was so pissed off to say the least by these losers. I plunged my car right into the shop and into the garage. I turned on my video camera on my phone and I went up to Rami and demanded my money back asap. There was this homeless looking guy that wreaked of alcohol sitting next to him with an engine part in front of him on Rami’s desk. He pointed to the guy and said this was the captain and that the part was for the boat I had and was being fixed. I told him i just wanted my money back, He refused, he said he couldn’t refund it and that I had to go through Living Social. I told him how could there be all these «exotic cars» just sitting in this shop and he could not refund me a measly $ 180 bucks. I had called living Social before and they advised me they couldn’t refund me now that the voucher had already expired. (It had expired b/​c these guys had been jerking me around for so long). But it gets better, Rami goes into this little office the drunk «captain» gets up and gets really close to me almost as to try to intimidate me or something, I would not move, he defended his buddy and finally left after being ignored. Another couple was there also being scammed. The girl started to tell me their horror story. I exchanged numbers with them in case we have to go legal on this scam.
Finally Rami comes out of this little hidden cave like office with a check for $ 180 (see image of fraudulent check I uploaded) I took the check and ran, knowing it was bullshit but what was I going to do. Anyway, sure enough, I called the bank on the check, it’s a bad check. I called Living Social again. Their «supposedly» looking into it, I told the living social rep to check out reviews on Unilocal and trip adviser,. This guy is cra — cra, lies to you with a straight face, calm and collected. He is the biggest con artist. I also emailed Unilocal,so that they can beware that he is offering Unilocal deals and they should use precaution because like Living Social they are liable for scams done through their business. Just completed fraud check report with state attorney. I will list updates here. I captured everything on video it’s awesome!

I had booked a appointment at 10AM with my girlfriend for a 4 hour 18ft boat rental. The story repeats itself from all the other reviews I’ve read. The owner Rami, tells us the boat is not ready, it’s broken. Go and have breakfast and come back in an hour because the boat was getting fixed, then he offered a 2 hour tour with a captain on a 37 ft. Boat, my girlfriend and I were already nervous at this point, it didn’t make sense to burn $ 200 worth of fuel and a paid employee captain? it just seemed shady and dishonest. I’m not used to the run around, nor bullshit, so I said we’d reschedule for a future date. I will not be coming back and chose to lose my 140.00 Dollars simply because of all the negative reviews I’ve read ‚
not to mention that I do not trust them with a 1,000.00 deposit for the boat ride, simply because they have not returned other customers’ deposits, written in their reviews. If you can’t trust a business with your hard earned money then you have no choice but to walk away and not look back !

Do yourself a favor, do not patronize this business, if you bought a living social certificate, cancel it immediately. As far as I can tell the company consists of two guys that may or may not have a boat or a motorcycle. Horrible business and zero customer service.

Do yourself a favor and go with another rental company. I rented a bentley and when I got it the car was filthy. I drove the car a few miles and the gas started leaking out from underneath the car. I called Rami to come the car from my hotel and refund me my money. It took him 3 days to pick the car up from the hotel and then had the nerve to complain about parking fees. That was his problem not mine. Rami gave me a check for 2200 for my refund and what do you know the check bounced. Ive been trying to recover my money for a month now and at this point Ill just be filing charges in miami/​dade county against Rami for writing bad checks. Rami is a crook all the way.

This is the worst business I have ever encountered in my life. Zero customer service, horrible cars. I really wish I could give a zero rating.
This all started when my friend and I asked for a four day rental of a 360 Ferrari and a Porsche 911 4S, in Northern Florida.
When we asked to see pics of the car the first set of pictures were actually of a Porsche Turbo. We could tell by the side exhaust vents, we knew this must have been wrong and requested follow up pictures and finally got what looked like the Porsche 911 4S they were advertising.
After a few days we decided to book the cars and I had specifically asked that any imprint be charged to a different card which had extra car coverage. I even faxed them a separate number so they could charge the imprint separately. I95 said it would not be a problem and would proceed to do so. We were then charged THE FULL price of the rental two months in advance.
Fast forward to the day drop off date. As I was boarding my flight to Florida, I called I95 to see if the cars would be dropped off in time. Only then was I told there was an issue with the Porsche and that the previous renter had caused some damage. I95 said it was being fixed, but if I would like to exchange the car for a Bentley. I told them no.
Why did it require me to call them to ask about the status of the cars a few hours before the cars were to be delivered?
I95 said the cars would be delivered that night. Upon arrival in Florida, we again called I95 regarding the status and was told that the Bentley and Ferrari were being transported as we spoke… WTF!!! Did I just tell them that I did not want the Bentley? What kind of games were they playing? I was furious… They said that the cars would be dropped off the next day at 6am at the designated location. So we already lost a full day of rental.
Fast forward to the next day at 6am and no cars; mind you we had a number of activities that were dependent on having transportation and had to subsequently cancel! At around 9am the truck driver transporting the cars showed up at the drop off location driving the Bentley! The driver was pulled over by police in Daytona and was prevented from transporting the cars due to missing car registrations!
I was on the phone with I95 infuriated with the lack of communication. Not to mention ruining half of my vacation. I was at the point to simply refuse delivery altogether. They asked if I wanted a few extra days with the Bentley and I told them I was flying out in two! We then agreed that they would take two days off of the original rental agreement.
My friend drove down to Daytona with the Bentley to pick up the Ferrari, wasting a full day of his wedding preparations! My friend then drove back and dropped the car off at the hotel where I noticed that the car had large cracks in both the front and rear windshields! The interior was even worse, it was absolutely filthy! The previous renters had smoked in the car, plastic water bottles were everywhere, and there was grime on the seats and door handles that could not be cleaned. The navigation was non-​functioning and knobs were missing from the control panel! The car had almost 100K miles on it. Hardly the «luxury car» I was expecting.
I spent over $ 50 to get the interior and exterior cleaned and also used half the miles driving my friend back to his house after he dropped off the car. The wedding was on a Saturday and we left the car at the hotel that night for a Sunday AM pickup. I95 got a bargain, charging two days rental, when it was barely used for one. Two days later I spoke with I95 regarding the refund and was told it was being processed but would take 4 to 5 days to post.
Fast forward two weeks and after speaking with my CC company there was absolutely zero activity regarding a refund from I95! I messaged I95 about the status of the refund and guess what? Radio silence… Not to mention they charged the original card with another $ 2500!
I95 decided not to pick up the car until three days later. What does that pick up date have anything to do with the refund date? Any traffic charges that might have occurred, none of which did, would still be received by them regardless of when the car was picked up!
What a disgusting business and poorly run operation.
Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. You have lost my business forever and I will advise everyone I know to stay away from doing any type of business with you in the future. I have since filed a complaint with the BBB and am disputing the charges with my CC company.

Rented a yacht through this company 2 weeks ago for my girlfriends birthday. Boat was supposed to arrive at 12 pm, but didn’t show up until 2 pm, with the owner Rami insisting it was «on its way» the whole time. Needless to say we finally got on the boat and headed to the sandbar where we had a great time. The owner sent us a jet ski to use for an hour in return for making us wait in the hot sun for over 2 hours. The crew consisted of 2 men and a woman, tip for them was not included which was made apparent when the captain cornered my boyfriend in a cabin and told him he needed to give the lady money right now, my boyfriend awkwardly told him he had only his credit card right now and to move out of the way. Throughout the night I saw both men of the crew drinking our beer and smoking pot which I saw they stashed in the cabin, I’m all up for a good time but when it was time to go these men were obviously super duper inebriated. Leaving the sandbar they couldn’t get the anchor up and then got us stuck on the sandbar for 4 hours !!! We ended up getting towed by another boat back to coconut grove (our cars were at the purdy ave lot). The whole time the crew was wasted (more than everyone on board) and fighting with each other, completely unprofessional and inappropriate. We were supposed to get home at 8 pm and we got back at 12 am, paid $ 40 for a taxi back to our cars and all got tickets from our expired parking. It was horrible, whatever you do, do not use this company, they are scam artists, unprofessional, terrible!!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!!! My husband and I were honeymooning in Florida and were going to spend a couple days in Miami. We are avid boaters so I gave him a 8-​hour rental of a ski boat very similar to ours. We were to show up on the one day we planned to spend in Miami at 10 am to get the boat. We show up and the gal who works there is outside and she acts surprised to see us. Then the owner/​manager (?) comes in and tells us the weather is bad so to come back in an hour. There were clouds in the sky but obviously nothing that would make you think it would be dangerous to be in. Thinking he’s the expert, we left for our hour of waiting with our iPad. We checked weather conditions from several sources, nothing. We called 4 other boat rental places and inquired about renting a boat and to see if there was any reason we couldn’t be on the water. One guy even said, «Are you in Miami now? It’s beautiful outside!» He was on the water filming a commercial at the time. On our way back to the office we stopped at the harbor police station that was in the parking lot and actually talked to the weather guy and HE said there was no reason to be out. We returned to I-​95 and they told us to come back at 2 (which would be the end of a 4-​hour morning rental) and that the weather should be better by then. I asked the guy if he would call us if things cleared up earlier and he told me he wouldn’t have a boat available. WHAT?! Where is our boat? He slipped up, but continued to use the weather excuse. My husband asked to see the weather he was looking at and he showed him something from the day before.
Awful. Awful place! I wish I would have checked the reviews before buying the Living Social deal. It’s obvious others have had problems with them too.
Don’t let them ruin your day or vacation. We were told there are many reputable places in Miami to rent boats from. Use them instead!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They are scammers, we purchased a groupon deal to rent a 18ft boat for 8 hrs, originally the rental was from 9 to 5. We have rented before and it’s always customary to have the vendor call you to confirm, which they did not, we had to call them at which time they told us the time was moved to 10 to 6 pm.
We get to the location and the office is closed, we called and called and each time the phone would ring then transfer to another number, which nobody ever answered, so we left messages, note many messages with no return call.
While there we found another group that was also waiting for a boat, the same 18ft that was promised to us, yet they were told to pick theirs up at 9:45 am. We all waited, and waited, continued calling for nothing. At around 10:30 another customer arrived because she was promised the same 18ft at 11 am.
I say the same 18ft, because I walked the entire marina and the smalled vessel there was a 26ft yacht, all the other vessels were luxury yachts well over 18ft.
In short they never opened the office, nobody showed up, nobody called back leaving us stranded.

I wanted to get the Groupon 18″ Sea Ray boat but i called them before to see if they had a bigger boat, so finally Rented directly with them a 21ft Boat and explained only had the weekend, finally the day of the reservation (saturday) came we went to pick up the boat and they explained that a tropical storm was coming and it was going to rain alot. Ok so no Boat saturday we stay next door at the beach the whole day and No Rain it was a beautiful blue sky day!!! Sunday came we went all happy to pick up the boat because the day was beautiful just like saturday. Rami said the same thing that they werent renting anything due to the Weather, so I asked for the money back and he wouldnt give a refund because they stated on the policy if its the Weather conditions they cannot do anything. We were so upset that we called another boat rental company and they rented the boat for us (sunday) we were on the water the whole day and guess what no rain! I prefer to pay a higher price than try to get a cheap boat from these people. they still have my money be aware of this company! I filled a Dispute with the Credit Card and they are helping on getting the money back.

This is the worst company on Miami Beach. I have a very similar story to everyone else. I got a Living Social deal and went with a group of 4 adults and one child. They required a $ 1,000.00 deposit, which is pretty customary so we signed. The boat is extremely small and very old compared to other companies I’ve done this with. Half way through our ride, the boat died. We waited TWO hours for a tow boat to come, we had to pay the tow at first. When we got to the dock, I95 paid the tow people and the tow company refunded our money. Since then, we never received our $ 1,000.00 deposit back, it’s been two months. We’ve called them so many times and they say their accountant is working on the refund but that’s obviously not the case. OUr bank is now working no the situation but I’m not sure if they’ll be able to do anything. These people are thieves and should not be allowed to be in business…

I signed up for a boat rental for labor day weekend and paid for it ahead of time. Once the day came around I find out that I95 Exotics messed up my reservation and didn’t have a boat available. I was upset but Romy (the owner) offered me a partial credit if I reserved for a future date. Thinking that was a good deal I agreed to reserve for fourth of July weekend. My friends and I had a great time with our rental except for the fact that the 18′ Searay bowrider decided to not start half way thru our rental. After several attempts to start it we called the company and they sent a tow boat to haul our boat back to the dock. Even still we forgave the problem. Two weeks later they put a $ 375 charge on my credit card. I’ve called the company FIVE times and left messages and have yet to get a call back to explain that charge. I am still waiting for a response from the owner as there is absolutely no reason for this charge. It really sucks when companies treat customers this way!

A friend and I were planning to spend a long weekend in South Florida. As avid riders, we sought to rent motorcycles. I95 exotics looked promising with a slick website and the rare sport bike for hire.
I called, talking to someone called Rami. He gave me a quote and sent me a credit card form, which I filled in, scanned and sent back. Getting no receipt conformation, I asked for one by e-​mail but never received a reply.
Fast forward a week, we arrive at their small office and are being told they never received the filled credit card form. I show the e-​mails on my phone but Rami tells me he never received them. Bottom line: no bikes…
Why 2 stars then? My credit card was never charged and Rami was very apologetic, getting us a great plan B for motorcycle rental in Miami Beach (Hurricane Cycles on 11^th street). He also called us a taxi and even arranged for Hurricane Cycles to pay for the cab fare.
Overall, a disappointing experience but one that I would ascribe to poor organization rather than malice.

My story is very similar to the previous reviewer. I booked an exotic car tour as a birthday gift for my husband. It was originally scheduled for Sat, August 6. Since there was a tropical storm approaching, I called the day before to confirm. Left several messages and never got a call back. Rami eventually answered the phone and said it was off but he’d call me the next day to let me know if we could do it on Sunday. I never heard back. Eventually reached him later the following week and rescheduled for Sep 10. Confirmed on Sep 8 that tour was on. Left my house in West Palm Beach at 6 AM to be at Miami for the 8 AM tour. We get there and the place is closed. No one there and of course they don’t answer the phone. I leave several messages and never hear back. Finally Rami calls and gives me some lame excuse and promises to refund the money and give us a free rental for a day. I say, give me the refund first. Refund never comes, so I call my credit card and dispute the charge. I did get the money back from the credit card company, but never heard back from these guys.

This place is a joke. Don’t waste your time or money considering them as a source for a luxury rental of any kind, seriously. Shopping around on the internet for a luxury auto rental in Miami you’ll find that I-95’s website is one of the more professional looking ones but please don’t let that fool you. They probably don’t even own 80% of the cars they list. Notice all the pictures are stock images from the web? No coincidence.
I was looking to rent an exotic car for my husband for his birthday. I had done some web searching and knew that a Ferrari or Lamborghini rental would run around $ 1500/​day. Then on March 14^th a credible discount shopping website,
had a «Experience Miami» special with several luxury offers in our area including a one day rental for a Lamborghini Gallardo for $ 499/​day. I called I-​95 to confirm that they had a reservation available for April 15^th as that was the day I needed to car. It was impossible to reach a human at the (877) phone # listed on their website, but the recording offers you options for reservations, roadside assistance, or a few employees names to choose from. None of the options lead you to a person, your only option is to leave a number for call back of keep getting bounced around thru a computer voice prompt labyrinth. I was immediately doubtful but after I left a voicemail, I got a callback within 15 minutes from a rep. He told me the car was available for ⁴⁄₁₅ and to call him back after I made the purchase to set up the rez. I purchased a one day rental on Ideeli for $ 499 and called back to the rep’s cell # I now had (the 786 # listed on Unilocal). He told me to e-​mail him my Ideeli order # and my info and I’d be all set for ⁴⁄₁₅. I sent everything to him the same day.
On ³⁄₂₀ I hadn’t heard a reply from said rep so I sent him a follow up e-​mail asking for confirmation of my ⁴⁄₁₅ rez. He replied on ³⁄₂₁ with a legit looking document confirming the details of my rez. My husband took off work for his surprise and we were set to go. On ⁴⁄₁₄ I sent an e-​mail to the rep to confirm the car would be ready at 11:00am. I didn’t get a reply. I started calling him at 9am ⁴⁄₁₅ to confirm the car would be ready and the phone didn’t ring, straight to voicemail. I left a message for call back, and got nothing. I called several times and kept getting straight to voicemail. I called the (877) # and of course reached no one, so I left a message. Since my husband was waiting for his surprise, we proceeded to the Alton Road address, and I kept my fingers crossed that the rep lost his phone and everything would be fine, ignoring the bad feeling in my stomach and the $ 499 I had already paid a month prior.
Upon arrival to 300 Alton Rd. at 11:30am I found an office for Primetime Yachts with a sign in the window for i-​95 exotics. I recalled Primetime was also on
the same day as I-​95, I wonder how their customers who paid $ 1500 for 4 hours on a yacht got treated. I came in to the small office to find two desks w/​a man at each desk and approached an employee advising I was there to pick up my reserved, pre-​paid rental. He immediately shook his head and it was clear he was not expecting me, and was unprepared for my reservation. He said the rep I had been dealing with has been missing since yesterday and he didn’t leave any cars. He made a cell call saying that he’s got a very bad situation with two people there to rent a car and no cars. He then returned with a shoulder shrug and said to contact Ideeli for a refund.
SERIOUSLY??? What a joke. These people are thiefs and scam artists, and have ruined my birthday plans for my husband. No respect for other people’s time or money, do not do business with these shady idiots.
