Best Peruvian restaurant in Miami Beach!
The lunch specials are amazing, Very affordable yet exquisitely crafted. Fast and friendly service. Will return any time I’m in the area. Highly recommend it.

Great ceviche, clean flavor. The only thing I would ask is to reduce how much lemon they use. The presentation is great and the people there are super nice!

This Restaurant combine two of my favorites: Peruvian + Seafood! I have been there many times, and it never disappoints me. Can’t go wrong with the ceviches, but also the mussels and the octopus are amazing, always fresh! And of course the limo daltado and the causita sampler is to die for… service is also very attentive, and the Restaurant is very well kept. Don’t go for the lunch specials, that’s the only time I got it wrong.

Legitimately the best ceviche I’ve had in Miami. Got the Ceviche Botijero for lunch and am considering ordering it again for dinner.

Best lunch deal in Miami and that’s why I go weekly. They have a nice 2 course lunch for $ 10 plus tax and 18% service charge! I’ve tried the entire lunch special options and I always order the mixed ceviche app and fish chorillana. Yum. Service is slow but the food comes out quick. The purple corn beverage is delicious. Of course I’ll be back. It’s a neighborhood favorite. Go, eat, and don’t be cheap. Tip something extra on top of the service charge.

This place has amazing potential, however the decision to substitute choice ingredients for canned products really sets them back in a huge way. Some friends and I went for dinner, ordered the Piqueo Marino. The ceviche was great, the mussels were good as well… but the tuna causa was literally canned tuna. Tuna from a can. I was shocked but let it go without complaining. The mains came out well all except for causa de cangrejo which my friend ordered. Once again, a seafood product from a can was brought to the table. We were all very shocked that canned products would be served at this place. We may or may not go back ever but certainly know what to steer clear of. One crucial piece of advice, don’t try and pass of generic seafood products for fresh ones because no one is fooled. It looks generic and tastes generic. If you don’t have a fresh product don’t serve it, it will only hurt you in the long run. I can buy a can of tuna anywhere.

The worse service ever. The manager looks like she never seens splitting a bill and they charged a 18% for tips. Very very bad. No star.

Soooo good! We wanted a light and delicious seafood dinner, so we got the ceviche mixto (at the recommendation of the waitress) and a sushi roll. Both were enough to fill us for the night.

I’m surprised this restaraunt doesn’t have 5 stars. Seriously, this is the best seafood cuisine I’ve ever tried, hands down. My husband and I didn’t order any meat dishes though so my review is only about seafood.
We discovered the place on Unilocal 3 days before our vacation’s end, and ended up going there each day afterwards. Variety of apetizers is awesome, I bet you have never been to a place with that many appetizers. Our must-​haves are: Pulpo al Olivo (octopus served with avocado, an astonishing mix), Causa de Pulpo al Olivo (you may have already guessed we are crazy about octopus, this appetizer is with mashed potatos), Conchitas a la Parmesana (sea scallops baked in their half-​shell under cheese), and of course ceviches! We tried Ceviche Botijero, Chipotle and Mixto, everything was out of this world. Pulpo a la Parrilla is octopus grilled with a slightly spicy sauce, very tender indeed. We also tried Tiradito Pasion (tiraditos are Peruvian kind of sashimi) — expect it to be sweet like desert, an interesting combination for a salmon though we haven’t become a fan of it. There are a lot of samplers among appetizers so you can try multiple tastes in one go.
Among entrees we tried Pescado Relleno and Chaufa de Mariscos — both are amazing, generous portions with high-​quality seafood.
What we eventually did was just ordering 4 – 5 appetizers to share for dinner. This was enough for 2 of us to get full. Once we ordered 3 apperizers to share plus 1 entrée for each of us, and it was too much, we barely could finish our entrees.
If you like seafood give this restaurant a try, don’t miss this chance, while I’m left lamenting here in California why we don’t have such quality Peruvian restaurants on West Coast…

First time having Peruvian food and it was absolutely amazing! My brother and sister in law live in the area so when we went to visit they took us there for some authentic food. I decided to go completely out of my comfort level and ordered some dishes I might night usually get. I was floored by the flavor and I ca not wait until I come back.
the waitress was a tad bit rude when she made a mistake and argued with out table. It had to do with a diet restriction we have, she did fix it though.
Owner was super friendly and the restaurant itself was very clean.
they were also accommodating to us having a double stroller inside and moved the table around to fit our needs. Which doesn’t always happen when we go out to restaurants.

When you walk I you know it’s a Peruvian restaurant. Décor and ambience are there but with a modern twist.

We have been here twice, once for dinner and again for lunch. For dinner I had an ample plate of fried seafood. It was fresh, crunchy and delicious.
We came back for the $ 10 lunch special that includes appetizer and main dish. It was chilly, but came expecting to eat outside with our little dog. They wouldn’t let us eat outside in the cold, they invited us in WITH our dog! This time I had the Ceviche Pescado as an appetizer and the Lomo Saltado. The ceviche was very fresh and delicious and Lomo Saltado was great. We will be back often!

Food ok, i’ve had way better food in Miami. Definitely not top 10 Peruvian restaurants in Miami. Parking is horrible and service is worse. Don’t ever drink the Passion fruit pisco sour (couldn’t take more than 2 sips). Ate once here and guarantee i will not come back for more.
Really disappointing experience.

Food was good … Ceviche was above average, but the total lack of any sense of the concept of service, client comfort and seating arrangement will not allow me to return. If u care to wait 45 min to order, 45 min to wait for food and 45 minutes to get check go ahead. With all the competition and over supply of new Peruvian places the owner is obv new at this game and this place won’t last, sadly not because of food. Step up or bring back Chabuca

$ 10 lunch, you can’t beat it! You get an appetizer and an entrée. Great price & great quality! But bring a jacket, it was freezing in there! We got the fish filet with red pepper sauce, slow cooked pork, beef stew & stir fry beef. Everything was great! For an appetizer, get the ceviche & the mussels! AWESOME but don’t get them if you don’t like sour.

The food here is absolutely delicious, you would never expect to pay so little for quality food. The lunch special is $ 10, you get one appetizer and one entrée.

Comimos tan bien como si estuvieramos en el Peru. Los ingrédientes, el aroma, la manera de preparar, el servicio: todo estuvo mas alla de nos expectativas. Lo recomendamos sin duda.

July 14^th 2015 — lunch menu — (I put the date and time because this is the 3^rd Peruvian restaurant try in the same location and different name&ownership) Thumbs up! Good home style Peruvian food, descent price for lunch. A must try!

Service was excellent and kids friendly. grilled octopus out of this world good! Tiradito salmon sweet and savory all in implacable presentation. Will be coming back for more.

I just ate dinner here because it was one of my bookmarks to try out in my area. Wao. The only reason they’re getting two stars is because of the service. We ordered a traditional ceviche, Chaufa de Pescado & Pescado Relleno. Ceviche was alright, just alright. The portion was small and lacked Sweet Potato. The Chaufa (my plate) was basically 90% rice with some shells and sporadic pieces of seafood. It wasn’t moist and definitely didn’t impress me at all. My boyfriends dish was actually the worst. Poor thing, he was so hungry he forced himself to eat it. Literally, the SALTIEST plate ever. He never complains at restaurants (that’s my job) but when he mentioned that it was salty, I tried just a tad of the sauce, then I realized how gross my mouth felt. They offered to change it but at that point it was over halfway done and hadn’t eaten all day.
I do not recommend this place at all, super overpriced for the quality and amount of food they serve.
