This place has a huge menu! It is much like a diner type of setting and food. The American coffee is ok, the café latte is much better. The grandma breakfast on the menu sounds HUGE, make no mistake about it, it’s not! The price for what it is, it’s high on my book. There are other places in the area with better food and prices. Service is pretty attentive. It doesn’t matter who your waiter is, the whole staff will take care of you. If you don’t speak Spanish it might be an issue as they all seem to just want to speak Spanish. There is a 15% tip included on your check automatically. It has a great location on Collins ave, so if you’re in north beach this is easy to get to. The larger public parking lot across the street mitigates parking concerns.

First of all, pretty much anything fried is recommended! I went here SOLEY for their churros & it was worth it! I would def recommend the churros! We had the regular, vanilla, chocolate. We didn’t try the caramel… wish we did. I found the best to be vanilla and regular! I think they make a great dessert option :-) I liked them that much!

This was my first time here so I took a couple of minutes to review the menu. After I decided what I was going to order, I approached the take out counter. Their were two female employees standing behind the registers an neither of them acknowledged me. After about 2 minutes, one of the females finally looked at me and asked what I wanted to order. I related to her that I would be ordering the pork chops. The cashier looked at me like I was stupid. She stated to me that«we don’t serve pork chops here». I then directed her to the menu board behind her that clearly states that they serve pork chops. After realizing that she was wrong, she looked at me with a pissy face and stated«oh well, we don’t have it anyways». I played it safe and went with the American breakfast. I got the same crappy attitude from the employees when I went back to the counter to pick up my order. My food was ok, it’s pretty hard to mess up bacon and eggs. I would have returned to this restaurant of it wasn’t for the terrible customer service. 0 stars for the staff, 3 stars for food.

Best place for a casual breakfast in North Beach. Instead of getting coffee, why don’t you try mate(with milk, taste delicious)? And instead of having the typical omelets, go for the churros: this is their main speciality. They have churros with chocolate, dulce de leche and plain. Service is always great. A must if you are exploring Miami.

I’m quite shocked to see such bad reviews. I’ve been going to manolos for as long as I remember. This is my go-to spot for the World Cup. The food isn’t anything gourmet, but it isn’t bad either. I would recommend the pizza, facturas, and churros. The smoothies are also quite good. It’s a family spot. Great for brunch.

Love coming to Manolo’s on Sundays after a long day of Beach Tennis in North Beach. I love this neighborhood of regular people. Manolo’s is located right across the street from the band shell. They have a few outdoor seating but mostly indoor tables. Its always a hub of activity. Very clean. Descent service with nice food and chill vibe with mostly local beach goers. Great desert selection and timely to go spot as well for takeaway. Also, free parking after 6pm in this neighborhood which is a nice perk.

Stopped in for desert to go. Purchased the Oreo cheesecake and really enjoyed it and I am no fan of cheesecake. It tasted fresh and the portions were nice. We didn’t dine in so I can’t comment on the service per se. I would stop in again for some sweets. Nothing mind blowing but good Oreo cheesecake.

This place is a fast paced restaurant for families. Very loud a crazy atmosphere. Food was very average as the service is too. The only thing going for this place is the late hour this place stays open until. I personally was not a fan, however, families with babies maybe

I’m Argentinian and we have come here a couple of times the food is ok, the service sucks… Complained about not getting he right food, and the response was«not my fault» the kitchen didn’t pay attention,” then«I can bring the right one out». Most people working here hardly smile and just look unhappy.

Came here for brunch before going to the Port. Service was friendly, but very slow and hard to get anyone’s attention. The menu was huge. I opted for the cannellini filled with spinach with white and red sauces. It was okay(a big portion), but the taste was bland and it wasn’t hot. I would’ve asked for it to be heated more, but it took forever to get in the first place and we had to catch an Über.

Listen, you get what you pay for. Do not come here expecting to have a memorable meal. Churros are fresh, coffee is tasty, and the sandwiches/soup/food is quick cheap and yummy. Its a perfect spot for a cheap quick meal. Staff are all very kind and hardworking.

I’ve been here several times with family. Out of the three or so trips I have taken here, none of them have been spectacular. The parking situation is alright(this doesn’t affect my review — it’s just worth noting). If you’re lucky to find street parking cool, if not, there are several lots nearby. We have always been seated fairly quickly. The receptionist hasn’t been as kind as others I have encountered, which is a bummer seeing as they’re essentially the face of the restaurant. The service overall is mediocre. The waiters we’ve had seem new and inexperienced. They rarely come to check on our table throughout the course of our meal, and when we asked how things are(in their opinion) a constant answer was«I don’t know, I have never tried it.». This is more the fault of the owners then the wait staff itself. Your waiters should know what they’re selling — and how to sell it. The food is subpar and nothing has ever really caught my attention. We have also gotten dessert here(from churros to cake slices) and nothing was tasty. The churros were stale(ish), and the cake was very bland. Despite the low-quality food, this place is always seemingly packed, which I never understand. There are much better restaurants in the area, so I’m not sure why people flock here. To each their own, but I won’t be visiting this place again. Low-quality food and customer service makes for an experience I don’t want to have.

Two different experiences in one trip. The first one, service was excellent and the Milanesa was extremely tasty. I ordered the chicken, and others ordered the neopolitana Milanesa. The meat was excellent! Then we went for a coffee and desert. The waiter was extremely rude. He just took the check out of my hand, charged me for something they didn’t have. And the manager did not care about the complaint. The cakes we ordered were dry and tasteless. Hit or miss place.

Maybe I just ordered the wrong food… But still disappointed. I pass by all the time and decided to try it. Ordered a toasted prosciutto and cheese baguette that looks pretty nice in the menu. Sandwich came in a Cuban bread, toasted on the outside and cold in the inside, lots of bread and little meat… Pretty tasteless to me… Come on guys, let’s try a bit harder next time uh?!

This review is for the churros only since that’s all I tried. Basically– get them! You will not regret it! Chocolate/dulce de leche /regular.

I’m actually quite surprised at the bad reviews. We came for the first time to Manolo during Christmas Day and I very much enjoyed the food and experience. Actually, the food is probably as authentic as you can get when it comes to Argentinian sandwiches and pizzas. For dinner, I had the Completo, which resembles an Argentinian Lomito. It’s a sandwich with a thin cut of meat, egg, cheese, ham, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. The meat was very tender and cooked perfectly and the bread was fluffy and delicious. All the ingredients go together very well. They don’t actually put any condiment, which I would have liked some salsa golf and it would have probably been the same thing you can get off the streets of Buenos Aires. It was excellent! I also got to try their Pizza, which was absolutely amazing. It is probably the best Argentinian pizza I’ve had outside of Argentina. The dough was thick and perfectly cooked. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. If I came back anytime soon to Miami, I’d definitely come to Manolo just for the pizza. Considering the service, our waitress was very sweet and attentive. She was able to place our order and get the food to our table in a reasonable amount of time considering how packed the place was. I can’t wait to be back in Miami to enjoy a day at the beach and have some of Manolo’s delicious pizza.

A nice restaurant one crossing before the beach where we always get a coffee before chilling at the ocean. We also had breakfast here, one morning and it was pretty good. I ordered the American combo for 7,75 which consisted of a choice of eggs(fried or scrambled) bacon and home made fries, an order of bread(toast or baguette or white bread), butter and jam. Also included a glass of freshly pressed orange juice and coffee with milk. Good deal for only 7,75. The other day we were craving something sweet and I had a couple of churros(custard, chocolate and caramel). My girl had a slice of lemon pie that was incredibly huge and tasty. also a banana shake that tasted fresh and like real banana, too! The place is big and a lot of screens show sports events, mostly Latin American soccer games as it is the qualifying for the Copa Americana, I think but am not sure… The service is good, the people nice and all we tried there was pretty tasty. Go check it out!

This is an Argentinian restaurant !! Everyone should just come here for the desserts !!! Desserts are amazing. But the food is simply ok. Pizza was delicious but my spinach ravioli had absolutely no flavor, I expected so much more.($ 13 plate) my server was constantly lost and never gave me refills on my tiny water cup… Tip was included !!! The place was packed and very loud! Overall i would definitely come back for more desserts and pizza but I’m not risking it with anything else on the menu !!!

Evening started off VERY rocky. They weren’t expecting a crowd for the women’s World Cup game and it showed. We waited 20 min to be helped and we only got helped then because we begged another server to help us. Then the kitchen was overwhelmed and apparently our order got shoved back so it took over 30 minutes for us to get our food, while smaller tables who where seated well after we placed our order got their food before us. We had to complain to the manager to finally get our food, and even then one of the six dishes didn’t arrive till almost 10 minutes after the first five. Service picked up at this point and the manager came over to tell us we would get one order, all drinks and desserts for free, plus we weren’t to tip. So kudos to the restaurant for making it right. And the food was delicious. We had calamari, a burger, a spinach ravioli and the mixed planchita(beef and chicken with onions, pepper, mushrooms and bacon). It was all delicious and perfect portion sizes. For our free desserts we ordered the six scoop banana split, a dulce de leche churro, the caramel wrap and caramel crepes topped with whip cream. The banana split had a chocolate caramel scoop that was incredible and a delicious chocolate scoop that tasted fudgy. One of best chocolates I’ve had. The caramel wrap was good, but Coates in coc out which I wasn’t expecting and don’t like. So I shared and was told it was great. The churros are always incredible and the crêpe was so good I wished I had ordered that one. So in short, don’t come on a soccer game day if you are just there for the food. And if you come for the food make sure to save room for some dessert.
