Miami Grill South Beach

I looooooove this place! I came across it while looking for food at about 3AM with my boyfriend and have been here about 4 times in the past 3 days. (I literally just ordered for delivery as well, lol!) The workers are nice and the music is always great. It’s a good vibe, for south beach this place is extremely cheap and you get quality food. I will be returning.

Overpriced & not good at all. Burger was something from McDonald’s. There’s a fly problem. To make matters worse. Just pass.

Far and away the absolute worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. We ordered wings, a sub, a burger, and fries at 6 pm and we live half half a block away. We had just been at a charity kickball tournament all day and didn’t feel like walking over. However, an hour and a half later, I called the restaurant because we still hadn’t gotten our food! Turns out, according to a clueless cashier, that the food had been sitting on the counter for 45 minutes because they forgot about the order. We called and they offered to make the food again and we received our order 35 minutes later (2 hours after our original order was placed). The sub was missing cheese, mayo, and tasted horrible. The burger was luke warm and mediocre at best. The fries were average. The wings were the only decent part of the meal. This place doesn’t care about their customers or about the food they serve and should be avoided at all costs.

I ordered a meal from here and it took two hours and a half for it to be delivered. I am extremely unhappy with the service I received. Not only that, the order was incorrect when it arrived. I’m so disappointed with Miami Grill.

Telling by the reviews here people have low standards of Miami subs. Back in the day this chain was where it was at and is slowly coming back (which is great!) However my experience today wasn’t 4 star. Let’s begin that I get this great offer to get 10% off my meal and when I presented it to the cashier she forgets to enter it and says «oops! Want a cookie or slice of cheesecake instead?» I respond ” Nah, I would prefer my 10%. Off” she them says «Oh okay.» Proceeds to do nothing about it .
Then I get to my meal and notice that it’s missing tomatoes and onions that I requested.
On the plus side the wrap I ordered was fresh. The rice was very reminiscent of uncle Ben’s instant rice (this is sarcasm in case you can’t read between the lines) so great if you have a hangover, bad if you were expecting to eat Arroz amarrillo.
Maybe I’ll use my coupon if I feel like returning. Try harder Pitbull, dale.

I ordered the shrimp tacos and there were super delicious. I am not sure what sauce they used on the grill shrimp but it satisfied my taste buds. I wasn’t sure if this place would be worth the stop as it is on South Beach but I am glad we stopped. The place was pretty empty and not that busy for a Monday night so luckily we didn’t have a wait on our food.

Good food, fast, and polite — would highly recomend them for delivery in miami beach — -

Im just happy there is a drunken delivery choice after 2am other than Sriracha House and Cheeseburger baby.
Im got the blazin buffalo wings and the club sandwich. The wing sauce was tasty but the wings were puny.
The club sandwich was great. Not La Sandwicherie great, but hey when you’re drunk, tweeking, netflix and chill, or lazy, you need delivery options.
Im glad there is an additional late night option.

Let me start by saying DONT GET THE BURGER ! The sauce is terrible and the customer service is worse. I only eat the wings and always have to tell them to fry them longer. They even allow employees to wear slippers

Terrible customer service. Ordered delivery and they had no Coke so they just decided instead if calling me to give me orange soda. They never have the yellow rice. I call the store speak to one of the managers and he tell me I’ll try to comp you next time. Stay away!

This is 2^nd visit… I am awaiting my food and the aroma is killing me.. I feel like I will start floating in the air like a cartoon towards the smell! Honestly the food is really good, healthy and price well! They are very friendly, the place has a relaxed ambiance and awesome music! We got to meet the owner who is a really nice guy and very friendly. And best of all… for me. they have taziki sauce!!! I am amazed that I can have the healthy Mediterranean food I like in a fast food form. Simple and delicious. I suggest trying a few things out, they have quite a menu. I definitely recommend!

Miami Subs Grill holds a very special place in my heart as this is a local chain that always served up delicious food at an affordable price. We had been walking around South Beach all day/​evening and were starving! Given that the sit down restaurants all seemed to have a waiting time of 1 + hours to even be given a table, we ended up eating here. The food was great, just as I remember it, but this particular location needs to get it’s act together in terms of available items. They were out of a lot of things, including their signature seasoned fries, my brother looked at me and was like: «How is a place like this out of fries?» They were out of straws, out of several fountain drinks, out of plastic knives, I mean… What happened? I will say, the people tending to us were really friendly and it’s not their fault they were out of almost everything. With South Beach being such a popular tourist destination especially this time of year, management should be prepared for the fact that people who don’t want to wait an hour for a table, or are looking for a more affordable meal, will wander in here.
Overall the food is as I remember, delicious, cheap, I will be back, just maybe not this particular location.

I went to this establishment with my friend because we heard great things about it. The cashier was super friendly I can’t remember her name but she was black with short hair. She emailed the whole time and was very engaging. I ordered the shrimp and rice platter and grilled wings. I sat down and 15min the food was ready. The store manager at that time went over to pic up the food and bring it to my table. I started to eat the food when I noticed there was a long piece of hair in my food. Red hair to be exact! I told the cashier she apologized and told me they would make me another one. As I looked around the store manager who brought me the food had red hair and when I mentioned it to her she brushed me off and said the cashier already apologized! How rude can you be! Your a store manager that’s no way to carry yourself. I wasn’t offered an apology from her and had to change my order because they were out of rice. I will never come to this establishment again and recommend that everyone stays away until they re train the manager or get rid of her. I will also be filing a complaint for the department of health. She offered me 50% off my next visit I told her she can keep it in from NY and won’t be coming back. There was a guy in the store who said he was one of the owners. After complaining to him I had to tell him what I would do in that situation because I’m in the hospitality field. I had to tell him I would’ve comped the meal that’s when he decided to go to the register and refund me my money. A customer have to tell the manager and owner what to do. Not professional at all!

Excellent food and excellent service. Must try the chicken Philly and krispy wings.

Good food quality, and very reasonable prices. Definitely a must go for people working around lincoln road!

Different name but same old favorites. Today I asked for a Gyro Salad. They don’t make that. But this lovely young woman who took my order suggested: a Garden Salad with Gyro meat on the side. I went for it. Absolutely Delicious!

I wouldn’t even give this one star but it’s my only option. What happened to you Miami Subs? You change your name and the food quality goes along with it? I ordered delivery which despite instructions they couldn’t follow. That aside not one thing in my whole order came correctly. I don’t eat red meat but that’s what came instead of chicken, I’m allergic to tomatoes and they were all over everything. Side salad was doused in dressing and looked days old. Beware the food looks like dog food, scratch that I wouldn’t even feed this to my dog! Gross, inedible and nothing correct. Eat there at your own risk.

Good eating and a great location and price was amazing. After our tour on the bus, they stopped and offered a 10% discount for our dinner. If you are in the south beach area or just visiting, this place is a must. They say it’s owned by pit bull, but who knows. I ordered the boneless chicken wings. AMAZING!!! Is all I can say. Check this place out

Well I tried ordering delivery and it took two phone calls consisting of 30 minutes to place an order for chicken cesaer, fry and Coke. The person answering the phone didn’t have no knowledge of the menu. Told me cesaer only come in wraps. Then said they don’t carry cucumbers in they restaurant. But once I get my food. Which the delivery was very fast. Food look horrendous and they forgot my fry and drink and I still had to pay full price for meal and I gave 30% tip. When I called to complain they told me to come up there to get fry. So I just simply decided to eat salad and just post my first ever review. Romaine lettuce was brown and weathered. Also Ive worked in two prestigious kitchens on south beach. So I do know a thing or two. And this was by far the worst experience of takeout. Will never eat here again!

Miami grill in south beach! Open until 5am, so on those late nights when I want quality, I will walk to my new spot.
The quality of the food is straight up fantastic. Over the years, Miami subs has changed in such a way, it has impressed me tremendously. The concept has revamped it’s menu and redesigned the look. Gyros, fries, burgers, seafood, pitas. The list goes on, and it’s all really good. So glad you’re in my neck of the woods!
