I love the taste of their food, genuine NY style, they also do a good job in delivering while it is hot.

Cool environment the wait is worth it, everything I’ve tried here is delicious

The photos here are outdated. Ordered the cheez steak — was told it’s a special order item and they can’t do it. Ordered the grilled shrimp. Was told they cannot do grilled and can only do fried. So I ordered the fried shrimp. 30 minutes later still no food.

Forgot to take a pic, but it’s well worth visiting! I got a mushroom Swiss burger with bacon and hotter wings. Amazing. Friendly ladies at the counter and great/​quick service. And one of the only and convenient American food shops around this part of the strip.
Hole in the wall shop but you won’t be disappointed! Take that double take, and walk right in!

This review is ONLY about the lady that answers the phone, I have not been there nor tried the food because it never arrived.
The woman on the phone Michelle was of no help at all, she was rude and seem not happy with her job. I ordered through GrubHub and after hour and a half my food was still not here, I called her and everytime she kept saying it was the traffic, which I can understand but the way she talked to me and the fact that she was not helpful or apologetic at all, her tone of voice and the way she responded earned a well deserved one star. They gave the driver a different address, different number and he said that it would be another extra hour and a half and when I called her to just let them know and apologise cause I was gonna cancel the order, she said: Well, I don’t know you have to deal with GrubHub (which I know because i also work in Restaurants) but I just wanted them to know and understand that I was not willing to wait another hour, hour and a half for my food. She got all mad and kept saying that I have to cancel though GrubHub that the food was already made, that it was not her problem, that she doesn’t know what I was gonna do cause food was made and delivered, etc. So thanks for not helping Michelle. I was never rude to you and was very patient, you have to work your costumer service skills. I am still starving 2 hours later. I was exciting to try the food, bummer.

Super friendly lady working the counter. Fairly priced fast meals. THE BEST BLT ON MIAMI BEACH!

Perfect food for people who are looking for a good pick-​me-​up! The wings were really tasty and it was a great price for it. It took a little longer than expected for the food to get ready, but otherwise, really worth it!
If I ever return to Miami and am close, will come back!

Tonight my friends ordered a breaded chicken sandwich with Swiss cheese & a side Caesar salad. We also ordered a grilled cheese sandwich.
After a lengthy wait for our order, we took our order to go back to our apartment.
Upon opening our bag we found that we did not receive a sandwich but only a chicken Caesar salad. Clearly there was a miscommunication & I called right away.
The woman they put me on the phone with was extremely rude. I asked for her to deliver the sandwich that we never received & she demanded we repurchase the order for the sandwich. After I told her that we did not want to pay for their mistake she raised her voice with me telling me that I was «ridiculous» for asking for the order.
I advised her to work on her customer service skills & she implied I did not know anything about the industry.
I’ve worked in customer service for 10 years.
The grilled cheese was delicious. But that woman was terrible. & we will never return nor recommend.

I always used to order delivery from here!
I used to get the bacon cheeseburger and fries. Not the healthiest option (sure) but was it worth it? Yes!
Delivery was always pretty speedy. I would occasionally toss the fries back into my oven to make them crunchy again (but that’s just because I like my fries crispy). Anyway, the burger was huge and always cooked the way I asked and delicious! I would, for the most part, only eat half and then either give the other portion to someone else or save it for later.
The price was good. Delivery was quick. Good place to order from if you’re at the beach or live nearby.

So good! We had burgers and they were perfectly made. Definitely eating here more often.

I was in the mood for fish and saw that they had hit on the menu. When I asked the girl at the counter what kind of fish it was she did not know, worse the chef/​cook didn’t either. All they knew is that was white fish that came in a box of frozen fish. That is not very inspiring when they do not even know what they have.
Out of shear laziness, I ordered the burger to go. It was better than the one I had at BurgerFi, but really only an average burger — nothing special.
Also, while I appreciate a hole in the wall as much as the next guy, this place does not look clean — that’s a big issue for me.

Really close to good hotels. Its a very small place… simple décor. The food is definitely fresh, cooked to order. Really good prices for what South Beach is. Very friendly customer service. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable here.
It’s definitely worth a shot for you to try once if you’re in the area. They have a good assortment of healthy choices also. I had the fried fish sandwich… really good size and it filled me up. My wife had a chicken cesaer salad… really big size. Chicken was flavorful.
Ok…í give this place 8 out of 10 because of no parking on premesis. And please do not park at the Walgreens, you will be towed immediately!!!

Omg! This Hangover Burger was one of the best burgers ever. My wife ordered the breaded chicken sandwich and it was also really good and fresh. Everything was cooked to order. I had high expectations because it was a hole in the wall restaurant, and they were met. Next time I’m in town and I get the Muncheez, I’m coming here

Food all cooked for per order. The Johnny fat boy burger and hangover burger are amazing! For how small this place is! It has some killer food! Definitely recommend it!

Nachdem ich meine Bestellung abgegeben hab, wurde mir etwas anderes zum essen gegeben. Als ich gesagt habe, dass ich das nicht bestellt habe, hieß es, dass das das ist was ich bestellt habe.
Sie können es nicht mehr rückgängig machen.
Habe mit der Managerin gesprochen, die hat keine Managerskills… Hat gesagt, dass sie das zubereitet hat, was der Kellner notiert hat.
Wenn er es falsch aufschreibt, was kann ich denn dafür? Anstatt zu sagen, sry wir machen Ihnen sofort Ihre Bestellung fertig, hat sie mich eiskalt abgewiesen.
Schlechter Service, keine Kulanz, unfreundlich

This place really surprised me! The hotel I stayed at was within walking distance from Muncheez. When I first passed by I gave it no attention since it really doesn’t look like anything special. One day my husband and I got really hungry, saw the good reviews and decided to give it a shot. So glad we did. Do not let the looks of this place fool you! I got the grilled chicken pita which was so good, but not compared to my husband’s Hangover Burger. That was a freakin amazing burger, and I’m not even a huge fan of burgers. We also ended up going there a second time during our trip and tried their wings. Umm yummmm-​o to the sweet chili sauce. Their food is on point!

This is such a great place to eat for take away. The staff are friendly and the food is amazing and great quality for the price. During or week we ate here maybe 4 times. So easy and cheap definitely try the cheeseburger :)

The man who was rude to me saw my review, contacted me. And apologized. People have rough days sometimes and I respect that he reached out to me. For that I will update my review with a four star because I commend him for owning up to his actions!

I work near Muncheez and it’s a great spot to grab lunch or get delivery from. Kevin (the owner) is really nice and is always in the kitchen making everything himself.
My go to’s are the chicken tenders (only $ 10 and you get a ton if food) or the grilled cheese.

I was pleasantly surprised with the food quality and taste, sure didn’t expect it from this hole in the wall. The Mac n cheese my son so desperately wanted was of better quality and tasted better than some restaurants. I shared a Caesar salad and a steak sandwich with my cousin. Loved their caesar dressing but the chicken could have had a bit more flavor. The steak sandwich was pretty delicious, I enjoyed every bite. Service was ok, you order at a register and then just wait at the table for your food to be brought. Place is very small and could benefit from little upgradings and a good cleaning.
