Red Bull Art of Can

Dear Red Bull Art of Can,
First, let me say I thoroughly enjoyed this exhibit. You are always so imaginative in finding other ways to promote your brand and get the name out there. From events like the Flugtag, to shows like this one, your creativity knows no bounds.
This event exhibited different artists that all used Red Bull cans to create some amazing masterpieces. From a shoe-​fish, to a dress with wings, from a wedding gown, to a mermaid, and even a sphere, the artwork was just amazingly intricate and so fun to look at. A perfect way to end the perfect beach day last Saturday.
Thank you Red Bull for sharing with us this amazing display of art, which also doubled as a recycling project. ;-) Oh, and thanks for the free Red Bulls and Red Bull shots!

An afternoon stroll enjoying the «spring forward» of daylight savings brought us by the pop-​up structure housing Red Bull’s «Art of the Can» exhibit.
Upon entry, you’re offered a complementary Red Bull, naturally. I’m not a big fan of the taste (not to mention the fact that I’d just had a large café con leche not 30 minutes before), so I abstained.
The pieces of art created almost solely out of deconstructed (and not-​so-​deconstructed) Red Bull cans was really just truly astounding. My favorites were the huge fish-​faced stiletto heel and the buddha.
What a great idea, and a nice break from strolling through the Spring Breakers on Ocean Drive. I think yesterday (March 14^th) was the last scheduled day of the exhibition, but if it’s still around, definitely check it out!

I love to see how creative artists can be when tapping into their innermost depths. Taking cans and turning them into the amazing creations I had the pleasure of seeing today was a special treat.
Red Bull sent an open call to artists everywhere, whether professional or new artists and they delivered with unexpected creations. I especially loved the Nike foot made from the cans due to the fact that we had been on the beach at the 13.1 race which my hubby had participated in.
There is an amazing set of wings made from the cans a ballgown, shoes a sun sculpture. EVERYTHING there is the best of the best and worth taking the time to go see.
