Sandy has been involved in various aspects of the real estate business for over 25 years and brings a strong buyer-​oriented perspective to the sales process.

I’ve been involved in various aspects of the real estate business for over 25 years. I bring a strong buyer-​oriented perspective to the sales process. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, consistent client follow up, and community involvement are all positive attributes that have made me a consistent leader in the field.

I began my career with Coldwell Banker Commercial in the early 1980’s to immediately rise as a Top Producer in her first year. To follow would be the formation of Warriner Interests, my company that focused on sales and development in the Dallas/​Ft. Worth area during the next few years.

Fast forward a few years… I landed in Miami to be closer to my children and my new granddaughter Emma Luna. Lori, my daughter, is my partner in crime and I’m blessed to have her as part of the team. SanLorin Properties is a product of my vision and dedication to something I believe in and feel passionate about.
