Steven R Goldey, CPA PA

I haven’t encountered any problems whatsoever from working with Steve. In regards to work ethics, he is indeed a professional. He knows what his doing and can come up with a quick solution. He is also efficient with it. As for the cons, he might have to create his very own website. It’s hard to locate him, unless he is heard from word of mouth or a recommendation from someone. If he had a website, then it definitely a huge plus for him in my opinion.

I went to steve on the recommendation of a friend and, steve helped me thru a very painful time in my life, he helped me with all of my accounting and numbers I had to do, kdealing with a divorce. he was kind, considerate and so very helpful with all the numbers I had to go over, he also helped me with my attorney (, whom was always trying to finagle some unfair deal!!!)
I learned alot from steve and now , over a year later, I’m so much more together on managing my money and financial world.

This guy is completely incompetent, extremely over priced for what he does (noththing). I filed my taxes early with him and some how he managed to complteltly mess it up adding addressees to my return that dont belong there now four months later i have still not gotten my return I had to call the IRS to see what happened to my refund. The reason I had to call the IRS was because every time I called his office to ask what happened and why did you add an apartment number that is not even mine to the tax return. his response was to yell at me about how «upsetting his staff» with my questions. live pay check to pay check and the way he treated me was absolutely disgusting. do your self a favor go to h & r block and save the head ache this was a wast of time and money. avoid at all costs

When I made the transition for employee to self employed, my accountant was totally behind the times and costing me some serious money as a result of inadequate advice. Fortunately my mortgage office was located in the same building as Steven. One consultation was all I needed to see that Mr. Goldey knows his stuff, and better yet is very well versed in my line of business.
So for a few years now, Mr. Goldey is not only my accountant and my business’ accountant but he also keeps me abreast of changes and information that I can use to better guide my clients.

We have been coming to Steve for years now and he is incredible. He is super efficient, really is personable and cares about his clients. When I come in to see him, he goes over everything with us to make sure we do not forget a thing and its totally appreciated because honestly for me its easy to forget little details.
He always remembers details about the family — year after year.
Don’t forget to bring him a few Boston Crème Donuts, they are his fave! He might be able to squeeze a little extra refund if you do.
