I’ve been buying Swatch watches off and on for years — they are attractive, reasonably priced and well made. But what sets this company apart from many (especially many on Lincoln Road, where they want to sell but not provide service) is that they will cheerfully service their product 6 months — 1 year or more later. I just took THREE swatches into the store — one had a broken buckle and I wanted the watch faces switched on the other two. Sort of a nuisance job, I know, but I was polite and they certainly rose to the occlusion. EULIDES waited on me and, while he may have preferred selling me three new watches, he cheerfully did my minor repairs — and polished the faces to boot! All I paid was a nominal $ 4 for the broken clasp/​buckle. I was in and out of the lovely shop in 10 minutes with 3 like-​new watches. Now, THAT is world class service! Thank you, Swatch!

My mom and I had a great experience at this swatch store. All the staff were great but Michael was especially helpful. He stuck with us through our indecision and helped us try on as many watches as we wanted. He was kind and patient and super nice and helpful. I was looking for a specific Swatch watch. I happened to call the Lincoln Rd store first. As luck would have it, I spoke with Martin. He was helpful, knowledgeable and above all friendly. Based on my experience on the phone with Martin I didn’t bother checking with any other store, including the Boca store which is closer to me.
I finally made it down to the store yesterday. #1 helpful tip, if you don’t live in Miami make sure to get directions to the parking garage behind the Swatch store. Call anyone at the store they will be glad to direct you to it. More about my experience, I am a collector so I was looking for the Club watch for this year. Martin was even more awesome in person, helpful, patient and above all very respectful to my needs as a collector. If you’re new to Swatch, or a hardcore Swatchie like me, Martin is your guy, Lincoln Rd. Swatch store is the place! To quote the great Terminator, I’ll be Back!!!

Martin and the ladies there all worked together to fix the broken chain strap on my favorite watch. It was busy on Memorial Day weekend and I just happened to spot the store while strolling and I am so glad I did! Great service! I really appreciate it!
