On the beach where liquor stores are a dime a dozen, it’s safe to say this one joins the ranks of the stank and offensive. Despite its diminutive dimensions, Tuto & Sons is full of character. That is: slurring, smelly, farting drunkards.
While I waited in «line,» I couldn’t help but think this might be Miami Beach’s most unsightly bachelors… everyone donned stained wife-​beaters with half their hairy-​man bellies hanging out and days-​old drool caked onto the sides of their mouth. Then the guy in front of me actually let out a boiling toot. I couldn’t make it out of there fast enough.
