If there was 0 stars that would be it. If you are a tourist and don’t mind paying 1 – 3 $ more on bottle of water etc u are good. We are living the high life, where things are disposable and at the end of the day it costs u a fortune. How? When you buy an iPhone charger for 8 $ and it stops working in 3 days and you go back to the store to this nice looking Indian man and ask him to exchange it to which he tells you that it’s not a lifetime warranty and that’s just that he will not replace or return the $. Hm 3 days — lifetime? This is a place where I spend 10 – 15 $ every two three days. Do the math. I won’t be shopping at that store ever again. How does something like this make sense in a global economy landscape? Want to know why mamas and papas brick and mortar is on a way out? Because it’s much better sounding option all around to shop at a big chain store owned by corporation. Their customer service is the king because numbers /margin /profit excuse and allocate budget for some faux pas and supplemented by strategy and desire to not sweat the small stuff like exchanging faulty charger and making customer feel like they matter(well don’t they ?) — they win ! Yep mister local Indian shop owner guy. You are the one killing small stores like yours and helping big corporate chain stores rise and rule. Next time you guys see a newspaper articles about how big corporations are squishing small local store owners. Ask yourself why?

This is kind of a little hole-in-the-wall market on Washington St. Extremely limited selection and very cramped quarters. We popped in there for water and a few other items, but they had only one cashier and he was so slow. We waited in line for five minutes and when only one person had been checked out in that time we put our stuff back and went to another market a block away, where we got in and out in no time.
