spent $ 100 dollars for 15 min of service. COMPLETLY UNACCEPTABLE
made an appt for 8pm, got seated with an adviser at 8:35
why make an appt if you have to wait 35 min?
the guy that did my taxes had no interest in helping me or being attentive. I had to tell him things 3 times.
truthfully this was a rip off and i will never be back or recommend anybody

Ok, This is from a family who’s been doing their own taxes on line, for free (or 40.00 max) for the past 10 years. The only reason we looked for professional help this time is because we had a short sale last year and we were not sure how to handle.
We met with the tax adviser on the first appointment who had no idea how to handle our situation because she hadn’t done that before, so after an hour of trying to figure out the necessary forms she asked us to come back another day while she did more research. We mistakenly did, still afraid but hopeful that our knowledge was not going to be as good as the professionals. She ended up filing a form that she thought was the right one, so we can only hope that it was and not have problems later. Since we are used to do the taxes by ourselves we took all our forms, itemized deductions and statements so she only had to transfer that information on her computer. For that we were charged $ 650+ the protection plan they offered because by the end of the session we were more than concerned about the way she handled the entire situation. Not only that but days later I realized that she hadn’t divided the mortgage points correctly which resulted in more than $ 150 less on our return.
I called to find out what was her solution and she told me she had to run her thru the office manager because they charged a fee of $ 100 for any addendum (Even though she admitted her mistake) It’s been now 3 weeks and I haven’t heard from her or her manager. One thing is clear. They have these little signs promising the highest return which was NOT TRUE. and they don’t have professionals either just people who claim to know about Taxes but know nothing at all.
My advice: Stay away from this place.
