History

Established in 2003.

Allied Property Group, Inc. acquired its first account in October 2003. Thereafter the company acquired an average of one and a half (1 ½) accounts a month. Since inception, Allied Property Group, Inc. has acquired all if its accounts but one (1) through referrals. The referrals have not just come from the members of the Board of Directors and attorneys, they have also come from unit owners themselves. This is a testament to the quality of service being provided to its clients, the homeowner.

Business Owner

Ana Sanchez Rivero has more than 19 years experience in this industry. She began as the receptionist and worked her way through the ranks to become the Office Manager. During this time, Mrs. Sanchez Rivero acquired her Bachelor’s Degree from Florida Atlantic University.

She then acquired her license as a Community Association Manager. Mrs. Sanchez Rivero is responsible for the development and acquisition of new accounts, as well as improving the in-​house corporate procedures, and manages a few accounts.
