I can’t say enough about this Body Shop. I was referred to them by a family member and have used them now a couple of times and have also referred friends there. The folks at Allstate Custom Paint and Body do an INCREDIBLE JOB. The owners and staff are extremely professional, straightforward, and honest! You can tell they take pride in what they do and that they care about their customers. They even fought the insurance company on my behalf! Good, reasonable and honest people are tough to find in this business, especially in Miami.

Amazing customer service! I could not be any happier with the way I was treated and how my Lexus turned out after severe front end-​end damage. This shop will deal with the insurance jargon and actually fight on your behalf! Where insurance wanted to claim damages were not part of accident, give me after market parts, etc, their years of expertise and craftsmanship were instrumental on not allowing anything but the best for my auto repair. They even sent my car home with a tow truck because I was unable to pick up the day of completion, at their expense! Car looks amazing! Thank you Isa, and everyone at Allstate. It was not two weeks later and I was rear ended and went to see her, and she nearly cried! Said I was bringing her business, but that she’d rather not have seen my car damaged again. ha, ha, haaaa!!! I will be back soon to repair that. That’s how you make customers for life!

I visited Allstate on the recommendation of brickell motors Honda to replace a broken front bumper. I couldn’t have been happier with the service they provided. If you are looking for a place with excellent workmanship and honest service, this is the place. They couldn’t have been any nicer and were so helpful in explaining what they needed to do, what was critical and what was necessary or not needed at this stage (I was paying myself not insurance). Wow!!! Can this place be anymore welcoming. The staff is outstanding and professional. I really had an effortless experience. They handled everything and the work on my vehicle came out great! They finished the job in a timely manner and worked everything out with my insurance. If your looking for a great paint job with great service this is a place you can depend on. The owner Lenny was nice enough to even drop me off at my office when I left my car, now that’s service.

Let me start by saying that this place does top notch work… PERIOD! I had an accident 2 days before Xmas. Brand new 2015 Mazda CX-​5, I’ve only had the car 7 months. I was upset and bummed as you can imagine. My good buddy izzy said man take it to Lenny and Isa at All State Body and Paint man and you’ll see. I’d been at other body shops in the past like 7 years ago and they all gave me the run around or excuses why my car was still in the shop for weeks over schedule the same old Blah blah blah. Well took my car to All State and I’ll never go elsewhere again (hopefully won’t have to) lol! Any who as soon as I got there Isa took Carson everything including calling my rental company to come get me a new which one to call for a speedy pick up. Her service and her staff were amazing and my car was done in a week and 2 days… WOW! So happy and my car looks better than NEW! They do all type of work and the price was awesome! Don’t take your car anywhere else TRUST ME!
