I did the gastric balloon procedure at Results Md Plastic Surgery in South Florida and Dr. Pascal was my doctor. And what a DISORGANIZED PLACE! They have A LOT of cons:
1– When you schedule an appointment with them, you wait 1−2hours inside a room until SOMEONE gets to see you. The doctor is usually 3 hours later!
2– The nurses are sweet but they can’t stick a needle on your veins. All the times I had to put iv or take out my blood, or I had bruises later or it was a bloody mess with blood all over the floor!
3– Very very disorganized! I did an urine test, and the nurse did not do her job on telling the others about it, and someone simply threw my urine test out. I had to do another one! Another disorganization is that each nurse looks like does their own thing, because they dont communicate with each other what procedure was done already with the patient. One day, 2 nurses came in and made me the same questions and i had to tell them it was done before.
4– Less than a day before my gastric balloon removal, the nurse told me i should be in a liquid diet. And i had already eaten solids. Another disorganization.
5– About the gastric balloon, i lost very little. And what i lost i could loose just dieting. The balloon only works for the first month, but after all the pain and discomfort, it is definitely not worth $ 8000!
At the end, i don’t recommend the gastric balloon and I regret COMPLETELY paying so much for so little! And I definitely do not recommend RESULTS MD PLASTIC SURGERY in South Florida! Beware!

Dr. Amaryllis Pascual is a great doctor. She is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated. Her staff is courteous. I came on May 13^th with 217 pounds now I am 192 pounds and counting. Honestly, what a wonderful thing to have a doctor who actually cares about my well-​being. I am truly grateful!

I love the way the staff and Dr. Amaryllis Pascual were to me I definitely will be coming back great place to get what u want done.

Only with Dr. Pascual’s medical weight loss program was I able to successfully lose 60 lbs. I couldn’t have done it without you. Thank you for your daily monitoring and guidance. You rock!

I have been getting SmoothShapes with Xinia for a month now and the results are incredible! This machine works wonders on cellulite and she really makes a difference by knowing how to use it! She takes the time and puts all her energy into improving your problem areas with no hesitation. I also had lymphatic drainage massages done with Xinia and she was very good. I recommend SmoothShapes to anyone looking to improve cellulite appearance and even improving overall circulation of their legs, which is where I’m doing it. Moreover, Dr Pascual who owns this clinic is an incredible, sweet, knowledgable surgeon whom I can’t say enough good things about.

I don’t recommend their treatment at all. I purchased their laser removal package and had a total of 7 sessions for the whole body… at the beginning it seemed to be working, even though not all the hair was falling, but 5 months after the hair grew back like if I had never done any treatment. Don’t waste your money, their technology doesn’t work. I’m Hispanic with dark hair so it should have worked just fine.

I have been going to this office for 3 years for face fillers and have never had a problem-​until Pascual MD did my procedure. From the beginning, I knew something would be wrong with Pascual. She was rude, unfriendly, and kept telling me I needed fillers in places different than where I normally do them. I finally agreed to put them where she recommended because I trusted her expertise. I’ve been getting fillers for 7 years now and have never had bruises on my face until Pascual did it. Pascual pinched my face a lot harder than anyone that has completed this procedure. Afterwards, half of my face swelled for 5 days and she left two hug bruises on my face. This was especially embarrassing because during all my holiday events and dinners, everyone noticed the big bruises on my face. I then later noticed that she put the fillers on crooked, so my face is not symmetrical. It’s been two weeks since she did this procedure and I still have these bruises.
If you go to this office, make sure anyone but her puts fillers on your face. Save yourself the aggravation from her rude personality and lack of skill. Pascual should stick to only being a business manager of her company. She should also stop using botox and fillers, because she never smiles.

I Came here a year ago to have breast augmentation. Dr. Sayed was amazing. Always very attentive to my best needs and answered all of my questions promptly. The office even went out of their way to schedule surgery for me on a day that the office was closed. Super convenient. I am very happy with my decision to come to Pascual MD. The staff is very welcoming and everyone is super friendly. But not fake. They genuinely care about you. Dr. Has even told me, come to visit anytime!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They never have appointments and god forbid you ever need to reschedule you’ll have to wait 2 months before you can get an appointment.
I did laser hair removal a year ago and purchased 8 sessions unfortunately so I had to stick with them. Recently I have been going back for touch up treatments and I will never be back.

I decided to close my eyes and contact this place for a laser treatment. I was blown away by the efficiency, customer service and overall service. The staff is quite funny as well. Just the right amount of business etiquette with that extra personal touch to make me feel comfortable.
My first contact was with Cristina. She was helpful and knowledgeable on the phone.
My husband will using their services soon!

I’ve been visiting Pascual MD in Pembroke Pines for a couple of years, different treatments, I’ve always received a great service, I really love Gloria she does the cavitation treatment, she is the best!

I’m giving 3 stars for the actual services. I got 8 laser hair removal treatments done here — by 5 different techs — and most of them did a good job. I also had 3 microdermabrasion facials (there were on special at the time) and «Jina» was phenomenal. Overall I am VERY pleased with ALL of my results. They seem to have very good equipment and well-​trained specialists.
What makes this place terrible is their customer service. They change their employees like people change their underwear. During the year+ I was there they replaced the manager 3 times and I lost count on how many front desk clerks they went through. This is very frustrating for clients because the staff never knows who we are, our history, and/​or what we’ve discussed with previous members. They also changed technicians a lot so I was never able to schedule an appt with a specific tech I liked. This was also frustrating because I didn’t get the same type of treatment each time.
Right before my last session I received a call from Pascual’s corporate office (in Aventura) and– in their attempt to keep me as a customer– I was offered a 6-​treatment package for $ 360 or single treatments for $ 80. I told the lady I would think about it. When I went in (to South Miami) for my appt I discussed the offer with the manager and tech at that time. The receptionist looked me up in the computer and showed them the offer I was given by corporate. Both of them said that my results were so good it really wasn’t necessary for me to get the package. We all agreed that it was a better deal to pay the $ 80 per session because I would only need 1 or 2 per year.
FAST FORWARD I called back TODAY to make an appt at the price I was quoted and the receptionist (a new one, of course) understood the offer differently and said I would have to pay $ 200 for one treatment for one small area. I called corporate to see if they could help figure things out and the lady told me I’m not in their system because I’ve never been to the Aventura location. Uhhh… Isn’t this the CORPORATE office? It shouldn’t matter if you were located in Hooker, Oklahoma EVERY client’s files/​account should be accessible at the CORPORATE office. And this is the SAME office where I received the call from when I was offered that deal. The lady said she didn’t know what to tell me. Well I know what to tell PASCUAL MD: You just lost a customer.

I purchased coupon on deal saver $ 99 for cellulite reduction treatments. It included four non-​invasive fat removal treatments (ultracavitation with vibrotherapy) — regularly $ 1000 or two SmoothShape cellulite-​reduction treatments — regularly $ 500. I picked first one, second choice focusing more on very visible cellulite. Maria at reception is very friendly and helpful. She explained me what is a difference between radio frequency and cavitation procedure and schedule me for my next appt. And Liset was doing my cavitation treatment. The finale of the treatment is 10 min on vibration-​therapy machine… Awesome!!!
Too bad they so far away from my house.

Worst location ever! Aventura is where it’s at! Don’t expect a conformation call if you go to this location and do expect bruising if you have any injections such as B-​12. Dont expect anyone in the office to listen or care and do expect them to call you baby (crazy unprofessional)! Avoid this location at all costs, the location even if its closest does not mean its convenient. Ill be driving 25mins away to have a better experience.

I loved Pascual MD. I have been all over trying to find something or someone who can help me with the 40 pounds I have managed to gain over the years, and some friends recommended I try this place for lipo since I told them I was seriously considering it. I’m glad I did, the procedure has definitely helped with my self esteem. I also loved the staff and doctors, I was shaking like a leaf at first with the thought of doing any type of prodecures but they assured me and walked me through the process and what the possible dangers could be. I definitely had a good experience because of them.

After a brief visit in Miami, I had to make a pit-​stop to see Dr. Pascual, he was recommended by a friend as one of the best doctors to see if I had problems with my skin. I had a lot of black spots on my face, and he recommended some treatment plans, and also some procedures within the salon.
I’m grateful that I found this place in Miami, every time I visit Florida and I’m in the area, I stop by and have some face cleaning. I love to pamper myself.

I went to this south miami location to have some very light spider veins on my thigh removed by laser. The girls that work in the front are very nice and had me make an appointment with the nurse practitioner. It was all fine until she actually burned my leg very badly. I will have a scar that will be worse than the small vein she removed. Thank goodness it was on my leg. I would NEVER have them use a laser on me again.

This location is garbage. I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment and the day I was supposed to go they called me and cancelled. They didn’t even reschedule me and when I called to ask about my new date they told me they’d call me back and never got a call. I went here because of groupon so thankfully I didn’t spend the thousands like I’ve seen people pay. Even if I got this through groupon I shouldn’t be treated like this cause a couple hundred is still paying. After I finish my sessions I’m never going back.

I love Dr. Pascual. She is very attentive and does a very good job.
I went to get a fraxel done and the treatment was a little long but so worthwhile. I definitely see a difference in my skin texture, the glow and the shrunken size of my pores. Definitely will continue going back for any facials or any little nip and tuck I shall need in the future.

The staff at this Pascual MD location are very sweet and caring. Although my laser hair removal treatment did not remove all of the hair from my bikini line, the staff really tried to work with my schedule and the level of pain I could endure. If I had to get another treatment done, I would definitely go back to this location. It’s right off US1 and there’s a Starbucks two stores down, which I find very convenient.
If I had to add one thing that I would want them to improve on, it would be expectations. I realized that the pigment of my skin would make it more difficult for laser hair removal, but I would’ve liked a more in-​depth conversation about it.

Second appointment, same lousy customer service. I get a laser treatment for a tiny area — takes less that 5 minutes to perform. I was about 7 minutes late (Miami traffic-​surprise!) and the tech that I was scheduled with had already taken her next appointment. I sat around for 40 MINUTES waiting, and she still was not done. Finally, after I talked to the front desk for the third time, one of the other techs who was sitting around with no customers the whole time I was there did my treatment. 3 minutes later I was finished. They had me wait for 40 minutes for nothing!
Then just now, they called and cancelled my complimentary facial that they offered because I was pissed. Not surprised. I’m sure I’ll be waiting a LONG time for that to get rescheduled!
I was not even going to mention this at first, but the first time I called, soon as I said that I had a group, they hung up. At first I thought the line dropped, because I called back right away and the same person picked up and disconnected, but now I wonder.

The South Miami office of Pascual MD Med Spa was wonderful to work with. Due to my schedule, we could not schedule any earlier than three weeks out.
The day before my appointment, I was accidentally called three times to confirm (better than zero, I guess). The office manager was the one who made the third call. When I explained this, she apologized profusely and explained that she was trying to make sure people who had bought a Groupon that day were all scheduled. She did not realize I has bought mine in an earlier offer. We laughed about it; she was really sweet and apologetic.
The front desk was about average, unremarkable. The office was clean and there were repeat customers in the waiting room– always a good sign. The staff greeted the repeat customers by name.
My wait was about 10 minutes. The PA who gave the Dysport was personable and professional. She made sure all my questions were answered since it was the first time I had it.
I was thinking the other day about how this was the best experience I have had using a Groupon for aesthetics. I am pleased with the results and will go back again (with another Groupon ;-)).

Purchased the Living Social Deal for a Micro or Vibra Dermabrasion followed by an enzyme or chemical peel. Upon arrival, I had to complete a 5+ page questionnaire and initial numerous medical disclaimers. Even though the paperwork completion took more than 15 minutes, I was left waiting.
The aesthetician was very apologetic about the wait. She did explain the procedure as well as follow up home care and possible effects. She did not however, give me an option to choose one out of the two procedures. Maybe they determine based on your skin condition, maybe one is cheaper than the other.
I expected a facial but instead she just cleaned my face. The vibra dermabrasion took less than 1 minute. They use a vibrating plate to slough off dead skin cells. Neither painful nor pleasant but I am pretty sure you can exfoliate just as well at home using a scrub. The VD is followed with an application of acetone which smells very much like a nail salon, then a quick swipe of the enzyme peel. After 10 minutes of treatment and some skin care product and Botox (thanks a lot) recommendation they send you off with sample size moisturizer, sun screen and eye cream.
Enzyme Peel Pros:
Noticeably clearer skin, smaller pores and less visible crows feet
Enzyme Peel Cons:
You are left with your face feeling very greasy, tingly, itchy and burning.
You can not wash your face or apply make up for 7 hours.
The annoying tingling sensation lasted until I was finally able to wash my face 7 hours later.
My skin remained slightly irritated (burning sensation after using a very mild organic olive oil cleanser) for a few days.
You can not use any products containing retinol, glycolic acid, salicylic acid or benzyl peroxide for 4 days.
My face started peeling on day 2.
Would I get the enzyme peel again? No. I much prefer glycolic peels or OTC retinol products that provide very similar results. Definitely not worth $ 200.
