Astor Impact Windows & Doors

Big mistake going to Astor Windows. I decided to wait and see after hiring another company to write this review.
I made my appointment with Carlos Paesano when I was in Miami, in order to replace the 2 windows and sliding door in condo. I only had 2 weeks in Miami before going back to New York/​Pennsylvania. After he gave me a quote and I called back to hire them I would get the receptionist who told me he’d call back. Well this went on for 3 days back and fourth, with Mr Paesano never calling me back or returning my calls Well I guess he was not interested in my $ 8500 so I proceeded to go to other places.
I ended up going to M & A Windows up in Broward Co who not only did an excellent job, they were $ 800 less than Astor Windows,.
Astor Windows was unprofessional by not calling me back after the quote they gave me, or returnig my calls.

We hired Astor Windows for one of my homes in Coral Gables. They were recommended to me by a friend who has used their services in the past. The whole process was smooth, clear and carried out without bumps.
Our project manager was Victor. He is very professional, attentive and communicative. He guided us from day one and was always available for any questions. He was also there at installation day to assure everything was going fine. Everyone at Astor Windows: THANKS! We will definitively use them again for our other homes.

My experience with Astor Impact Windows and Doors has been delightful. A friend recommended me to them. Since day one they were very professional and knowledgeable. My customer representative was Victor Milan whom has been very helpful throughout the process. Mr. Milan has always answered all of my calls or calls me back promptly. Had a very good experience with the installation and permitting of windows from astor windows. The sales rep Naomi was very professional, accessible and competitive with my quote. The time lines that I was given for manufacturing, installation and completion were realistic and accurate. Everything was turn key and positive for me.

We replaced our front door and windows in our home. We have no complaints! Our sales Rep was Naomi Garcia. She was amazing. She had a great attention to detail and always available to answer any questions. Choose Astor, you will not be disappointed.

We hired Astor install windows and doors in our Condo. This was one of the few companies that actually had a showroom with samples of the different window/​door manufacturers that they carried. I contacted at least 5 different companies before choosing Astor. When our salesman left the company the owner stepped in to seamlessly complete the project. We are happy with both the product we chose, PGT, and the installation.

I had my windows and doors replaced by Astor a few months ago. After comparing a few options, I decided to choose Astor. I could not be happier. They were very professional and knowledge from the beginning. The installers were great. They were not cheapest option. But, you get what you pay for. It was very good experience. Many thanks to the entire team. Would definitely recommend this to a friend!

Very disappointing and frustrating company to work with! My home was burglarized and I was ready to sign an order for Impact Windows ($ 50,000-&100,000 job) I couldn’t get project manager SH to come out, he said another project manager V would handle my job. V called saying he was busy and would call back, he NEVER DID, hours later someone else called and said that since I was working with another project manager he couldn’t help me. If this is what it’s like in the sales process when I’m trying to give them an order I wouldn’t want to even consider dealing with this company. Obviously the owner of the company is not involved or just doesn’t care about his company’s reputation!

I fixed my broken doors 2 weeks ago, I wanted to order IMPACT WINDOWS & Doors from your company but again you failed! Even your comments to my review are NOT FACTUAL!

Horrible company. Had windows installed a few years ago. At the time they completely destroyed all of the stucco around the rough openings and refused to repair it after the installation. We were never warned about this. About half of the windows did not work properly after installation. Now some of them won’t even stay open. Called this morning and was told,“it’s after the warrantee period and we don’t provide that service, even if you did want to pay.” I have NEVER heard of that kind of «who gives a crap» attitude from a company before. Zero customer service, bad company.

Tried to Receive A Quote:
I just spoke with Carlos at 9:21am in the morning. He said someone would be able to contact me back later. No one contacted me back so I decided to call again at 11:30am. At this time, he said his sales lady would have to call me later which he didn’t know when she would be able to call me back. Then he procided to ask me that if he went himself he would I be able to write him a check when he was there. This was completely rude since I explained I would still have to see how his rates compared to other businesses.
At this point, he was going on and on about my expectations. I tried to explain to him that my expectations was to simply know when someone would contact me back. He said his company isn’t professional.
Weird!

Used them to install my impact windows and they are amazing!!! They answered all my questions… and I had a lot of them. When the installation occured they were extremely careful to not make a mess. I had a newborn and we were able to sleep there everynight without fear that there was too much dust in the air. I have always heard getting windows installed is very messy and they proved this wrong.
Totally recommend them!!!
