I would not go to this place for service anymore. They are very crowed and disorganized and the sales manager has not an idea of professionalism. The employees despite of being nice are so busy in a little area that are not capable of doing much more, so the waiting time is longer. There are many more places where they really care about your business this is not the one.

Okay, my rating is for at&t in general… not this particular store. One star, for not helping their customers at all! I switched to T-moble because I have had enough paying 200 dollars for two phones, and one of them Stoped working out of no where. THEYARESNEAKY, and not helpful at all! I suggest going to T-moble…80 dollars a month for ulimited everything! Its fantastic

I’ve always been a fan of AT&T(good phones, great reception and 3g coverage, etc etc) but unfortunately, their customer service sucks! I recently ordered 3 different phones(for my parents and myself) online. First of all, they charged my card but never shipped out my order, after a week of waiting, I decided to call customer service where they told me they didn’t have those phones in stock at the time, so… I could either wait until whenever they got them or place another order(requesting different phones). Um, are you kidding me??? They didn’t even bother sending me an e-mail about all this, I had to call them myself yet they were able to charge my card right away with no problems. Okay, fine, they put the money back in the card and I placed a different order. Again, a few days later I call customer service because according to the confirmation e-mail I had gotten from them, they had already shipped them and whatnot. The girl on the phone tells me they’ve shipped them already and that I should get them within a day or two. Again, a week later, still no phone. After talking to 100 different people at AT&T’s customer service, someone finally tells us that they made a mistake and never shipped our order. Honestly, that’s really bad on their part. I’ve never had a problem with AT&T until this happened. I don’t understand how they run out of phones(mind you, I didn’t order the hottest phone of the moment, it was some cheap thing) and even if they do run out of phones, I don’t understand why they would charge my card and then not ship my order or even send me a confirmation e-mail.
