If you’re looking for excellent and efficient service, Autotronics is definitely the go-​to place! I had such a great experience. I love the way my car looks and the employees are super accommodating and kind. There’s no other place as affordable + welcoming!

DO NOT under any circumstances bring your business here. Extreme rude and horrible customer service. I came to ask basic questions about a purchase I wanted to make the owner was extremely rude in every way possible. I’m glad you know your stuff dude (or pretend to) but your lack of respect for customers is a no no.

Wanted to diagnose my Bmw to see why I had no bass he told me 600 for a pair of speakers stock and that he didn’t have em I would have to go threw Bmw found out it was 60 each speaker called back and asked if I bought speakers he would guarantee that would fix the problem owner had a major attitude and told me i was wrong and that if I wanted to get them installed would be 80 bucks a speaker when he originally told me 50 I feel ripped off 30 bucks to give me a bullshit diagnosis I can tell he just didn’t want to do the repair he also gave me sarcastic comments like if u have a Bmw 600 bucks a speaker shouldn’t be a problem or go Japanese u wouldn’t have these problems owner seems frustrated and a straight up hater !

I’ve been coming here for the past 8 years and think I’m ready to share a review. Over the past 8 years I have brought/​referred many cars here (mine, family members, and friends) for window tinting, audio systems, and lighting to Autotronics, and in those 8 years, I have not been disappointed once. Seems like a large claim, but it’s true. The employees are friendly and the work they do here is well done, every single time. I cannot recommend this auto shop enough. Best window tinting/​electronics shop in Miami. Obviously one of the first reviewers was a bit disgruntled due to long wait times and a lack of communication, but as anyone knows, there are slow days and there are very, very busy days at these window tinting/​electronics shops in Miami. Especially a shop as great as this one. One thing you want to make sure you do is call ahead and ask when the best time to take your car in is so that you do not have to wait so long. All in all, I HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone looking for window tints, lighting, or electronics done to their car in Miami.

The go to place for tints, car alarms, etc. Great customer service with a smile. The guys at this place are approachable and very helpful. Never disappointed. I’ve been a customer for over 5 years. I would highly recommend to everyone.

HORRIBLE. Do not go here. I waited over an hour to get my car tinted and they STILL hadn’t started. I called earlier and let them know I was coming, to the guy exactly what I was getting done and he said to be there by 515 cause that’s when they take the last car. I showed up like 10 minutes early to be safe and nothing an hour and 20 minutes later. Horrible service… or lack thereof.

UPDATE: the tints look good, no bubbles but in the front windows some light seeps in because it wasn’t cut close enough to the edge. Not perfect work, but meh… I guess I would go back since it wasn’t a bad job and the price was nice.
Prices were competitive and employee that helped us was straight-​forward. $ 130 for the high-​end premium tints for a 4-​door sedan. Lifetime guarantee on all tint levels, which is nice. Will update with how the tints are doing in a few days!
