Dr. Ann Ballen is a fantastic opthamologist for children! Both her and her team were so attentive and capable of handling such a delicate situation. Rest assured — if you have a child in need, even a very young child like mine, that needs to be seen for an eyesight problem — you are in GREAT hands with her. Her demeanor is soothing, and she is comical too! We went to her office off of SW 152nd which is an older bldg. But she works out of 3 different locations. So it’s very convenient. She totally made my 3 y.o. feel very comfortable. She (and staff) were very thorough and answered all of our questions. We are very happy to have found her through our primary pediatrician!
