Rude employees who don’t do their jobs greeting people and helping them find sizes.
I am a BR shopper in Los Angeles and I am always treated with respect and employees are ALWAYS very helpful. At this location I felt like the employees were looking at me in a strange way. (Have they seen an Asian before?)I felt like they were just watching waiting for me to steal something, which is not a great feeling. Needless to say I didn’t purchase anything for I don’t feel like this location deserves my money. Which is sad b/​c I was ready to shop… All I can say is KARMA will get you back…
